did find a towel with a yellow stain we just didn’t use it other than that everything was great

The staff was amazing, and accommodating. Rooms were clean and neat exactly what was described. We will be booking there again next time we travel to San Antonio

Found two roaches in the bed and one in bathroom. Fire alarm went off twice during the night. The staff was rude and the $250 deposit that wasn't mentioned at the time of booking was a bit high

property is outstanding!!! everything is new, clean, good to see competition in the area. Hotels nearby are way more expensive and this one is really good, totally recommended

The location was convenient to the hospital I worked at as a travel nurse.

The linen I was given had animal urine on it. I could smell it the first night but could not place where the smell was coming from. I was so tired from working in the ER that I slept on it. Once I woke up and realized it. I go to the front desk to explain the situation and show the bedding and ask the desk person to acknowledge that this is urine. But what really made me furious was how they handled this situation: "oh". Then proceeded to give me the wrong size sheets that don't even fit the bed in the room. I couldn't do it anymore, I just slept on the couch for the day. Did not get new sheets until the next day and had to ask twice for them. I will have this in the back of my mind for every future hotel. They didn't offer any compensation or discount for my troubles. Terrible service!

Let me say, this is my first 10 review. I am a VERY hard person to please, and when it comes to hotels, I may be broke but I still want clean, Comfortable, and good service Well this place had it all! Granted it was new, but wow if every location i was traveling too I would never have to worry about where i would be staying again. Clean! Comfortable! Spacious! Great Design. All the amenities inside. I can't sat enough. Please keep this place looking nice and affordable.
