通常のホテルと違ってキッチンが使えるところ。 だから水筒が洗えるし、自炊もできる。近所にスーパーやATMもあるので滞在中に困ることはなかった。 オーナーが非常に優しい人だった。 部屋がきれいで、Wi-Fiも問題なく使えた。 目の前、本当にビーチ、本当のビーチフロントであるが波が高くサーファー向き。 空港から30分、Uberで20-27ドルくらいだった。

強いて言うなら、Booking.Comに掲載されてる写真が古いところでしょうか。なので到着した時、どこの建物か迷いました。外壁ベージュ色でLA MAREA と書かれている3階建の建物で、客室は3階。階段でのアクセスなので重い荷物がたくさんある場合はおすすめしません。

The host is very welcoming and kind

The hostess Marie is the most accommodating, friendly, and attentive person ever. Extremely helpful and always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect! The property is right on the beach and there are restaurants all along the street. It is also within walking distance of Sunset Park, the amusement park. Can't wait to visit again!

Steps away from the beach and local restaurants. Host were welcoming

They were doing construction on the property which I was unaware of until I get there. A bit difficult to find the property.

Great ocean front view, kitchen and laundry amenities, host show a lot of hospitality, close to beaches and restaurants.

Great local spot with a variety of authentic well serviced beach front restaurants offering daily fresh catch. The hostess is a very kind person, as are all of the the local restaurateurs. Direct access to a well maintained and beautiful beach. Lots of nightlife within walking distance that is open late with good security. Plenty of parking. 1 block to supermarket, buses, and a taxi stand. $5 will take you anywhere.

It's situated at the bottom of a beach cove which means the breeze doesn't come through, and it gets warm during the day, but the rooms all have good fans and air con.
