L'accueil très sympathique, l'emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre ville.
la chambre très petite, pas de rangement, insonorisation nul ,on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans les couloirs, système du petit déjeuner non adapté, tout était posé sur la table impossible de tout manger, gaspillage, de plus le beurre était rance malgré la date non dépassée, viennoiserie non fraîche pour mon avis.un buffet serait plus adapté comme dans toutes les réservations que nous avons déjà effectuées. Dommage car le bâtiment est magnifique.

Accueil très désagréable (le sourire n’est visiblement pas inclus dans le prix). Chambre (n*48) annoncée comme donnant sur jardin, donne en réalité sur une courette sombre et sale. Douche vétuste et sans éclairage (voir photos ci-jointes). Minuscule cabinet de toilette vétuste et sans prise électrique.
Plus généralement, sanitaires d’une propreté douteuse.

Fine location on the giant, elegant grand-Place in Arras
Reputedly housed in the oldest building in Arras, but nothing in the hotel decor reflects this. The pawky main door would embarrass a tradesman's entrance, while the reception desk is swathed in transparent plastic as if guests are unwanted intruders to be kept at beyond arm's length. Parking and access are a nightmare: car users are not welcome in central Arras.

Very historic building in the central beautiful square. We loved the enormous French breakfast.
Comfortable clean room.
It could do with being redecorated inside.
No answer when I emailed to ask to book dinner or when I phoned 3 times in the afternoon to say we would be 4 hours late because of Eurostar problems.

We requested a walk in shower which was provided - thank you. The hotel is in the very centre of Arras perfectly placed for our two night stay. The hotel is extremely clean and has a lift which was handy as we were on the third floor. The large bed was very comfortable and the towels very soft and fluffy - really nice. We misplaced a mobile phone which was found by the staff and they are kindly posting it back to us so a big thank you to the staff it is very much appreciated.
Just a minor thing we had breakfast which was very large, plentiful and very good value for money but in our opinion could have been just a little bit better if there had been a slice of lovely French ham or even an egg. The Brie cheese was the best we ever had!.
