Was not a good stay. Usually I have great stays at the Sure stay Best Western but wasn't very good.

The entire staff of this property was helpful and friendly. The pool was very well maintained, breakfast area was well stocked, and the cookies were delicious!!

Nothing. It was dirty. The room smelled and the mini frig made loud noise all night. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. Worst experience ever.

Bed Bugs, live and dead in our room on pillows and under the bed valance sheets. Collected some dead ones and brought them to conscierge and the young lady was utterly unplussed to see them: I can't do nothing, my manager is not in until Monday morning.

Not as clean as we were hoping

The only good experience was checking in and out. The room had dirty floors(needed mopping real bad), we had two big dogs in the next room that barked until the owner came back. Appeared to be someone that lived there because there were plants. Never will I recommend.

Odor of some cleaning product(I assume) was so strong allergies and asthma symptoms were a real problem. I’m still suffering with headaches and other symptoms after a one night stay. I will not use this hotel again. Otherwise it was an average room and we had no issues.

Older hotel that needs upgrades. Sheets felt damp on the beds like they weren’t dried completely. Breakfast was decent. Pool area looked great.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Shopping is close by with a lot of options. The breakfast was great! Clean and fully stocked. Pool was a nice break from the heat! Would stay again.

I absolutely love this hotel!! The bed is super comfortable, the staff is friendly, the WiFi is great, the pool area is clean and so relaxing and the breakfast is always good!

The rooms were nice but our tub was a little dirty looking. Pulled up one day to our room and had random girl sitting right in front of our door for no reason. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

I checked into the hotel and went into the first room they gave me. I would not even let my children come inside. It smelled like wet dogs had rolled on the floor repeatedly. I asked for another room. I went into the second room and it smelled like wet dogs, but not as strong as the first. It is an older motel so I did not expect it to be a 5-star motel, however, I did expect it to be cleaner than it was. My sons baseball team was in Tuscaloosa for baseball State Playoffs and were staying at this motel so I didnt have much of a choice in remaining here. I would not recommend this place.

units need updates bathroom was dirty moldy.. I did get a smoking room but it smelled like a meth lab secluded location but never again

Our stay was for the wknd and the hotel was a place to lay our heads for a good price. It was safe and the breakfast in the morning was a good free breakfast that you would have to pay $10 per person elsewhere… plan on staying there again for game day!

Our stay was booked through hotels.com - which turned out to be a major mistake in this instance. We've used the service for years with no issues but this stay was a hassle. We prepaid our rooms and the virtual card hotels.com was supposed to pay our rooms with didn't work on one of the rooms. HOWEVER, Alayha, the front desk rep when we checked in at BW was amazing. She worked tirelessly on the phones for over an hour trying to help us get the situation settled. The room was extremely clean. The bathroom door was very hard to shut, the bed was hard, and there was a corner of the exterior door that was unsealed and quite large, but we didn't even care by the time we were able to get to bed. This is not normally a place we would stay, but the service more than made up for it. Also, the breakfast was definitely one of the better ones we've had at a motel. The lady working the counter took exception with the fact that I used a coffee cup to fill with water from the dispenser, not quite sure what that was about, but the food was still pretty good.

What is the one thing you need in a hotel room? A TV. The TV reception was horrible. It skipped out and blurred the whole three days we were there. And with the attach by Iran on Israel, I wanted NEWS! FOX NEWS wasn't available.

Property is a bit aged, but everything was clean & a nice stay.

The young lady(Morgan?) and really the entire staff is super nice and helpful! The hotel could definitely use a little upgrade. But overall clean and comfortable.
