Comfy beds and clean room.

The toilet overflowed, and we had no plunger. Called down to the desk, and the lady working the night shift said she would come up and take a look. After waiting 4 hrs, I had to go down, get a plunger and towels to clean it up, and then had to carry towels back down and get disinfectant, and clean it up.

Holes in the wall and bathroom wear and tear was very visible

Staff was good, room was clean, bed was ok but wish it was a little softer. But it was ok for the stay

The comfort and friendliness of the staff

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. Check in was smooth.

The elevators were broken and we were on the 3rd floor. There wasn’t any parking available for us. The manager had a poor attitude to us about it. I tried to explain I have lupus and I can’t climb stairs she could not care less. We parked our car in another hotel parking lot and had to walk a good distance in the dark to get to our hotel.

The check in process was easy and quick.

The room was gross, the toilet was leaking causing the floor in the bathroom to be wet. The shower had black mold/mildew all over it. And even the curtains had some kind of stains on them.

Decent value, overall.

Indoor pool hours should be extended for responsible adults.

Large, clean room. Plenty of towels. Conveniently located.

The room was exceptional, the staff was exceptional and the location is great. Will definitely be back.
