I slept great! The room was very clean. Hotel is located in perfect spot. Close enough to get something to eat, but in a nice quiet area! We stop here every spring and fall on our route to and from Winter homes.

This is a dated property and could use a remodel.
The bathroom has a broken window and could not be locked, this is a security issue.
The street side marquee unlit, making this location difficult to find in the dap.

Hotel very outdated. Furniture in the room horribly dirty. Employees we encountered were fabulous however. You get what you pay for.

The room was clean, but the property needs some upgrades outside and inside. Why a motel would cover over a bathroom fan so that the humid air from a shower has nowhere to go is mind boggling. The two arm chairs in the room could do with a good cleaning or re-upholstering. We liked the breakfast and the attached Italian restaurant for supper. Staff were friendly and check in went efficiently.

Everything was nice and clean. Comfortable. Pet friendly. I’m moving cross country and have cats. The cats were welcome for a $15 fee. Breakfast was tasty. And we’re were able to check in late. The area seemed pretty safe so we were comfortable leaving our box truck parked in their parking area

We unfortunately, was disappointed with not having tv, WiFi intermittent., having a power outage and having to call the cable company was definitely nothing I wanted to do?? The bed shower were good. And the breakfast was good.

The property is very aged and worn. Room was clean and comfortable. Oddly, there was a window in the shower which was open and had a broken lock on it. Also had to go back to front desk immedately after check in due to neither key working in lock.

The place is older but effort has been made to keep it clean and comfortable. The other guests respected the resting needs of guests and cut off partying early. I've stayed in worse.

Motel was clean, both Front Desk clerks, checking in and checking out were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Maria’s Restaurant on site was great! A very nice place to stay at a good price!

After a long day of driving...i drove up to the Days Inn of Demming,NM, The only thing new was the sign out front. The rest of the "hotel" reminded me of a route 77 motel. Tried to check in but the attendant had a sign up saying batrhoom break. 15 minutes later checked in.

Dont let the outside fool you when you see it... Rooms were clean and updated, no bad smells. Both rooms had a third bed in a separate side room which gave us extra room for our party of 7. We slept well, no noise complaints and no bugs; and we even got a nice breakfast in the morning- though they didn't have anything labeled gluten free. Check put was smooth and the guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.

I enjoy staying at this location. It offers everything that I'm needing when I drive through New Mexico. This stay was not as good as the others. It was a few little things that made my night's sleep less than perfect, but I will stay here again.

Replace the carpet! Everything was old. If the carpet was replaced with vinyl it would at least feel cleaner. Bedding and towels were clean. Front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. Breakfast choices were 2 cereals, eggs, pancakes…not much. I didn’t trust eating the eggs and pancakes.

We had a good stay. The room was clean. Beds were clean. Could use some updating or cleaning on the outside of the property. But we stayed while traveling with 3 kids and it accommodated us nicely for the price. Would stay again.

Convenient fishing pond around the corner of this hotel.was very quiet.

Room was dirty. A/C in main room did not work well. There was a window unit in the smaller room; however, you could not close the curtain if you wanted to use it. Dirty clothes were in the room under the beds. Stains on furniture and walls.

There were dead roaches on the floor and shower along with dirty chairs- all three. The sheets were stained and the room wreaked of smoke. I stayed as arrived @11pm for court hearing and was exhausted. Aubrie, front desk ran out of room @10:54pm, as soon as replacement arrived, did not complete my transaction nor state she was leaving. Left me there with credit card and ID in hand. Requesting refund please.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful! Pool was nice and kids enjoyed it. The window in the second room is missing the glass and fixes by a tape and the sheer curtains were super dirty and destroyed. Otherwise everything worked well.

Everything was good except they didn’t have a bar like they show on their amenities. They tell you the restaurant next to the building sells alcohol. Which to me is false advertisement. But the hotel was clean and I had a nice stay there other than there wasn’t a bar at the hotel

AC had dark drop marks on vents with thick dirt around side of AC. A nail protruded through the exterior wall into the side of the AC area. Lack of accessible outlets with light fixtures being strung together with extension cords. The outlets on the extension cords did not have grounding interface making it impossible to plug in my laptop. Hotel guide had scribbling on multiple pages. The only reason I did not mark this lower was the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.
