Quiet area on the edge of town.

Everything very nice

Unlike any other Best Western I have ever stayed at, this was a Motel. You had to walk across the property to the check-in counter, but it was not a problem. The breakfast in the morning was a little bit different because the waffle mix dispenser wasn’t working, so the girl had to make them up one cup at a time which was cumbersome, and they had a great coffee maker that gave you a wide variety of different kinds of coffee they could make, but it wasn’t working right! So that was a little bit disappointing, but things happen.

We’ve stayed at this Best Western around 8 times on our drive from TX to CA and back and I always book through expedia. Its conveniently located just off the freeway and we like that you can park outside your room. However, the last time we stayed my husband got to the hotel and they told him they did not get our expedia payment and they charged him for the room and pet fee. I contacted expedia since we got double charged and they reached out to BW on our behalf, BW told them they only charged us for the pet fee but we mysteriously received a refund the same day. So if you book through expedia make sure to show them your receipt so they dont try and swindle you like they did us. At the end of the day we did get our money back but we wont be staying here anymore because the whole ordeal was just shady.

Was given a smoking room and could not change it. Nowhere during the booking was it clearly noted that the room on offer was smoking. I had to forfeight the room and find another hotel. I will not book with your site or Best Western again.

The property was quaint. The night staff and the morning staff treated me like family.

Pets allowed. Place for pet relief. Staff very pleasant. Clean.

Great 1 night stop. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

overall is ok, floor on the room dirty, the area around the premises looks abandoned. breakfast eggs look funny, coffee machine mostly water.

Basic accommodation along I-10. Room was clean and breakfast was fine.

A motel converted to a hotel. Not what we expected but it worked out well. Clean and quiet.

The lady working the front desk was very friendly and check in was very efficient!

Need a new shower head in room 117

Quiet and off the Interstate. All ground level which was nice. $15 pet fee but a nice designated grassy area for dogs which is difficult to find in NM!

An older property that is being upgraded and modernized. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. My only criticism is the $25 charge for each pet which almost doubles the price of the room. No flexibility on that even for an old veteran. Is this really "pet friendly"?

Everything about the place is excellent

Very convenient place to stay while traveling. Close to the highway. Rooms were clean and updated. Liked the fact that all rooms were ground level and we could park right in front of our room. Breakfast was good also.

The property was okay. They were going through renovations; the new rooms were great, but the old ones were -well, a little outdated. My issue was actually with Expedia. I booked two rooms with two beds, and when I checked in, I was given two rooms with single beds. This hampered our stay and we had to look for a different hotel for the other party -this one was full by then.

We booked our ADA room several weeks in advance. The day of our arrival we had Dr appointments that prevented up from arriving early. We arrived around 8pm to find that they had given our ADA room to someone else. We were given another room that they claimed to be accessible. However, there was a 3 inch step into the room! Went back to the office and was told that was all they had and that the room was accessible once you got inside! But I could not get into the room due to the 3 inch step. We were forced to look for another hotel. Lucky for us we found a better hotel just down the street. Hubby called the manager the next morning and was told there was nothing they could have done differently and could not understand why we "were so upset if we would be getting our money back"!! We got our money back but that did not compensate for the emotional and physical distress. I am a Polio Survivor dependent on a power chair.

We booked 2 rooms through Expedia and we called the hotel to make sure we had our rooms after driving from Austin Texas. When we showed up they only had 1 room available. So my sister and her children stayed while I looked for another hotel.

A previous guest had smoked in the room I got. They tried to mask the odor of nicotine with a spray but it was still there and the combination of seeet floral spray and nicotine gave me a headache. The floor was dirty. I was too tired and was late in arriving so I didn’t bother to ask for a different room.Also, the towels were all dingy. I would skip this property.

Not one of the better BWs we’ve stayed out. Toilet slowly ran all night. Towels flimsy, heater/ac noisy

Honestly, our room & Breakfast was mediocre. Trash, broken bricks etc. Would not stay here again

Older motel has been updated some, but still pretty old

Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet, even though it's close to freeway. We were glad to stop for the night before getting into Las Cruces.

Found cockroach in the bathroom. There was a review about another customer finding cockroaches. I hope the property does something about this.

Outdated, dirty and smelly

Most of the room recently renovated w plenty of charging stations. Carpet was old but clean, no funky odors. Great brNice landscaping and beautiful flowers.eakfast, especially the waffles and fresh pecan topping.
