Average stay. Nothing special. Met needs for one night. Beds a bit hard for us. Breakfast was minimal. Small yogurt, apples, 2 cereal choices, waffles and muffins. Hot water was cold and coffee out at 6:30. When I checked out, they were just starting to make more....40 minutes later. Nothing that would keep me from staying again foe early morning flights, but would not stay for something longer.

Check-in took a little long, but they were training a new employee.

Didn’t even take my shoes off. Half roll of toilet paper on the nightstand? Dirty, loud, and major homeless problems.
Went to another hotel 10 miles away and just sucked up the room charge.

The front desk clerk, Jeffrey was absolutely wonderful....so friendly and helpful! We stayed because the price was reasonable. The room itself was comfortable albeit aged with some upgrades.

Nice hotel near the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Good location with lots of nearby restaurants.

It sufficed for what we needed. Food lacked. The 1st time we thought Wow they have very little. Waffles great, 2 cereals, apples, 1 type yogurt, no peanut butter, 1 type muffin spread out to make it look full, ridiculous! They need to up their game. 2nd stay worse since they had no yogurt. They need hard boiled eggs for protein, give bananas, variety of yogurt, packaged peanut butter.

For the price, accommodations were not quality. The breakfast was pathetic. A few tiny muffins and a cereal? Really? Should have been a decent hot breakfast for the price

When we checked in the guy at the front desk gave us the WRONG ROOM. When he gave us the right room the toilet didn’t work so we had to tell the front desk to fix the toilet. But the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Jeff at front desk was extremely personable AND efficient. He gladly exchanged $8.00 for quarters so I could wash and dry clothes. Having a washer and dryer available for guest use was a big plus for me. Also a budget-friendly lodging option in relative proximity to Sacramento Airport was very convenient, as was immediate adjacency to a Sonic restaurant for a hamburger & shake. Although I didn’t want to take the time for a sit-down meal, there also was a Denny’s restaurant next to the Quality Inn. There was also a car wash next to the hotel which was useful to clean my TURO rental after six days in the dusty eastern Sierras.

This was probably the worst experience we had and we ended up just checking out within few hours of checking in and didn’t bother staying in the night at this property

I didn't like having a check in and get in my room and find roaches in the floor and the microwave was dirty and their food stuff still left in the refrigerator and I had to clean the bathtub before I could take a shower

The staff was incredibly nice! I’m sad to say that I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that checked me in but we had a fantastic conversation about the Navy life! GO NAVY! He was warm & welcoming & so hospitable. My son and I got there later than expected but he made sure we had everything we needed & were set up for breakfast the following morning as well. THANK YOU!!

They need to change the name. Quality is questionable. The front desk gentleman was extremely kind and helpful and I’d give him 5 stars and that’s where the quality ends. Bathroom was dirty. (Clean?) towels were damp and stained. Hair in the shower. Rusted fixtures. The rate was cheaper than other places in town and now I know why. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more. Go somewhere else.

Expedia shouldn’t even have this location recommended.
Dirty, lousy plumbing repair in the bathroom, filthy chairs, curtains that wouldn’t close and sheer curtains on the window that were about 2’ too long and hung below the drapes in front of the AC/Heater. The worst complimentary breakfast that I have ever experienced. We did not eat there. I grabbed a cup of coffee upon departure and it was extremely weak and was discarded.
Tried to cancel the remaining 4 nights of our 5 night booking but they would not even consider it.
