The property seemed a bit old. The hallway where my room was located smelled like mold, and mildew. Especially just two doors down. I mentioned this and asked if I could have another room and they said there was not one available like my room not even offering any option. I usually stay at the Embassy suites in Blue Ash. I want to stay my last night there, and for just a few dollars more was head and shoulders better. I will not be staying at this hotel again when I come into the area.

It was a beautiful place, we were tired from Kings Island but it was comfortable and plenty of space to sleep 4 adults and 2 children. Thank you to the staff

We arrived to the hotel around 9 pm. We were offered a king size bed with pull out sofa. I told them we had rented a double bed with pull out sofa, and needed the room for 6 of us. We were told when booking through a third party, they do not guarantee room type and offered us 1/2 price to book another room. I explained to them that I wanted one room and did not want to purchase another room. They said unfortunately that was all they had. We asked for a refund and were given a paper showing a zero balance that is supposed to be refunded to us in a couple days. Will never stay at a DoubleTree again. This is the 2nd time we have had issues with a Hilton Hotel.

Moldy shower curtain, broken light switch, no batteries in one of the remotes, no linens for the pull out sofa, no towels at the pool, no do not disturb sign for room, and no ice on the floor we stayed had to go to the manager to get ice. Whe we told them about the curtain on the way out they didnt even apologize, just handed out key to another guy and said go replace the curtain.

When I initially reserved my room through Expedia, it stated that breakfast was included (it was highlighted in red) at the property each morning. When I went down for breakfast on the morning of 7/26/24, I was told by the hotel restaurant staff that I needed coupons for breakfast. I went to the front desk and was told that breakfast wasn't included and that the Expedia website was notorious for falsely stating that breakfast was included. Needless to say, that was one of the factors in deciding to reserve a room at the property, and feel grossly misled as did another couple we were traveling with. I feel I should be refunded $20.00 plus taxes for the two mornings I had to pay out of pocket from being misled.

The property was filthy - room smelled like stale musty cigarettes. The tv didn’t work - - no towels for the pool - sheets were dirty , no coffee maker . Lights outside the property didn’t work - coming home made at 2 am made it very dangerous - front desk didn’t seam to care about anything - didn’t offer anything because I made the reservation with Expedia - I paid $335 per night walk ins paid $179 !!!

We booked a room with a sofa and when we went to get the linens the blanket inside had all kinds of stains on it and there was a fitted sheet but no flat sheet. There was no soap whatsoever in the room, again had to go back. The hallway we were in (room 145) smelled like cat urine....
The front desk young man was very kind and helpful but I am now doubting staying at any Doubletree

Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly kind and gracious. The hotel does need some updates but there is a renovation coming soon. The pool was kept in great condition! Love Georgia, the macaw in the lobby.

The carpet inside the room by the entrance door was sopping wet and by the bathroom sink. The sliding closet doors were off its track and couldn’t open so I couldn’t hang my Suit and dress shirts. The TV stations had no signal so there was no TV for the evening. I brought all these issues to the attention of the staff and all they could do was say I’m sorry, but our maintenance people have gone for the evening.

No hot water and that is unacceptable with that daily room rate. Could have stayed at another hotel that would not have had that problem. Breakfast is also disgusting. This is Hilton? SMH….. Not coming back to this hotel ever again.

Booked through Expedia Just the Worst…For 21 days I had to endure the worst conditions…Absolutely frustrating and unacceptable. This property doesn’t meet the basic Standard for a Double Tree…This Blue Ash Property is in such poor conditions, Black Mold in the showers, Bloody Hazmat Splatted on Drapes, Nasty and Dated interior, tv’s inop in suite, not enough staffing to offer meal service and Gym equipment in operable, washing Facility in operative. Only saving grace were Some of the Staff ( Some)

My husband and i have stayed here several times before. This stay was very disappointing. I paid $254 thru a third party for a balcony room. It was room #130. The bathroom needs work there was a crack in the shower flooring, stain in living room carpet, and lights over sink kept flickering. My level of comfort abd cleanliness did not equate to the money spent. I feel for 254.00 for one night; i couldve paid less and got more for my money. I frequent hotels year round and do not mind spending top dollar for a specific level of stay. This stay fell very short and does not represent the hotel brand as i know it. This needs major attention. The parking lot had debris that should've been picked up as well. My overall stay was DISAPPOINTING. I do not enjoy wasting my hard earned money. I hope this grabs the attentionof management and corporate. This needs to be addressed
