Comfortable and convenient and the front desk clerk was courteous and helpful.

We stayed here on the way to Portland the week before and the room was horrible.
When we checked in this time we asked for a different room and the room we got this time was much better. It had been updated, had lighter and brighter decor and new carpet and the plugs were not coming off the wall. We had to get an extra blanket out of a drawer as the bedding is not really adequate. But it was night and day from the previous room.

The whole property is tired and really needs an interior facelift. The grounds and buildings are attractive but the rooms are dark, with 70’s, worn, carpets, and matching bedcovers and pillows. Very thin sheets and towels.

Stayed overnight in Ashland as we went to the Cabaret theater. room was very nice, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice. Would stay here again.

While we liked the property, room, breakfast, pool, and hot tub, the mini-split HVAC in the room was problematic. It continuously blew cold air directly on our heads, and was not able to be adjusted to prevent that--big problem for 3 women in one room! We increased the temp on the remote control, but it had no relationship to the actual temperature in the room; we increased it to 84 degrees, but it was not over about 75 degrees. I would have preferred the old fashioned units on the floor near the entrance door, which blow air nearly straight up, and not towards beds.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and provided a wine bottle opener and glasses when requested. Great area for dogs to walk and nice facility for dogs. The rooms are spacious, clean comfortable and there’s a separate toilet bath area from the sinks and make up area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and staff members were welcoming. Our room was on the second floor above the pool. There was loud people in the pool area until about 10:30/10:45 at night when we were trying to sleep.

Nice clean property with updated, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was OK but they could use more parking spots. We got back from a play and had to park in the restaurant parking lot overnight as there were no more spots available.

Plenty of parking. Pool and hot tub a plus. Bed was comfortable and TV was high quality and easy to use. Independent family restaurant right next door. Double sinks convenient.
Bathroom small with dim overhead light. Plastic shower/tub floor was textured but could be slippery. No kleenex dispenser. Limited charging options.

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Room 303.
As soon as we checked in we mentioned to the front desk that out sink would not drain. Filled with water and was not useable. They said they would have someone come in the morning.
In the morning a spanish speaking woman showed up with a plunger. Didnt return after explaining that it was the sink. Apparently the office thought my toilet was backed up and were perfectly happy with keeping us without a working toilet, if this was in fact the issue we had.
The staff should have been more on top of this.
Never heard back from the front desk.
2 nights 3 days without a working sink.
Also, the toilet in room 303 had an issue and water was running all day and night. Kept us awake both nights.
Will not stay here again! This is why we typically stay away from Best Western.

It was 108 so it was pretty hot in the air conditioning work great. We swim with the pool and soaked in the spa and it was enjoyable. Good Wi-Fi connection and larger than normal accommodating room

We loved our stay. Our Room was spotless and the staff were great. Breakfast was good. The only critique i have is the hot tub worked great but it was lukewarm. We wished it was hotter. The other thing is the toilet was tiny. Wish the toilet was a bit bigger.

This particular hotel is much nicer than the branch in central Ashland. Bigger, brighter rooms. Bigger carpark and cleaner pool. Much nicer breakfast too.

We stayed at the Windsor for one night before going deeper into Ashland for the rest of our stay. The location is not convenient if you are going to the plays, but there are several restaurants within walking distance. The room was large and spotlessly clean. We got a room with a jetted tub in the room - very nice, though only big enough for one. We would stay here again.

We booked this at the last minute as we wanted to spend an extra night in Ashland and previously booked accommodation could not accommodate it. We were very pleasantly surprised and very happy with Best Western WIndsor -- large, pleasant room on the ground floor so could park right outside; proximity to restaurants (The Oak Tree Bar and Grill was open late, very reasonable and perfect for us. The Best Western was one of the best deals on our whole trip (9 different accommodations in 17 days).
