When I booked my stay, I specifically booked a king size bed in a suite. We arrived and their shuttle wasn’t available so we came by taxi and they gave us a double bed, we explained and were given only an option for a king size bed in 3rd floor a terrible run down room with a view to a roof and a post.. the alternative was pay more and get a newer room with street view, all terrible options. we made 5 trips down to reception as they kept messing our keys. The rooms bathtub had acrylic enclosure not sealed and I almost fell coming out of the shower and the noise on the ac didn’t let us sleep, we couldn’t get ahold of anyone from hotels.com as we wanted to leave next day exhausted and upset. The hotel refused to reimburse us the last night and alternatively assigned us a decent room. Needless to say that the rooms you show on line are a complete misrepresentation of what one gets at the hotel, if i book one bed that is what I expect to get and your policies should include some sort of remediation if the hotel does not comply with the arrangements made. Please make sure in the future to fix the communication problem for people checking in late as the night attendant was not only rude but very entitled and dismissive with us, that is not the attention that a decent hotel should provide to us as customers.

We stayed one night to take a flight next day. It really was a very good experience. Location was perfect and the hotel was in a very good shape. What was really outstanding was the pool, inside the hotel but still outside!

Checking in was smooth & pleasant with the person dealing with us but the process was getting to him was tooth pulling. Room was both comfortable and clean. Room and toilet amenities were more the adequate. House cleaning staff were excellent! Security staff at hotel entrances were excellent. Only complaint is the attitude and response of the front desk when we approach for enquiries. They would see us but carry on their conversation before even thinking of attending to their guests. And when they do attend to their guests, like us for example, we were de4alt with the wrong info. Oh well....it is what it is but I felt it should be mentioned. This is a lovely hotel and we would stay here again for sure if the front desk staff would tweak their behaviour. Recommended!

Had an overnight stay at this nice hotel. Did not get to really enjiy alot it had to offer but the rate for a room and quality and extras were great

Check in was a very long process and wait!

Everything was top notch…..enjoyed very much and would recommend to my friends and family.

There was only 1 person at the reception and checkin line was very long and a slow process. Did not have much vegan food options for breakfast.

The shuttle driver spoke no english. Never helped with bags. No help at hotel. Hardly anyone spoke english. My bathroom was broken. I also got food poisoning at the Japanese restaurant.
