We arrived after a day of international travel at 11am and was told check in was at 3:00 but they would let us know if our room was available sooner. Our Hotel.com room must have been a very low priority. For the next 4 hours we saw no less than 40 other people get checked in ahead of us.

The rooms were big and comfortable. Two issues: one is that the arc channels did not have any description, so it was difficult to see what I was watching. The second issue relates to the price of the breakfast in comparison to the quality. The price is equivalent to a dinner meal out, but the quality is slightly lower than expected.

We had to stay in Basel for one night due to a sudden change in vacation plans and chose Pullman due to its convenient location and high ratings. And the hotel did not disappoint. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable (especially, the beds). The breakfast had many tasty options, so everyone in our family found foods that they liked. The staff were very attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near a tram line, close to the city center and the train station. We could even glimpse the Muenster from our room! Importantly, despite proximity to the tram tracks, the noise was not bothersome in the least. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying at the Pullman in the future.

Very good hotel, perfectly located to explore Basel. We had a room in the Residence section of the hotel by the garden which was quiet.
Breakfast in the hotel is expensive so we did not eat there but there are multiple restaurants and cafes close by to choose from if you want to eat out.
The only reason not to give the hotel 10/10 was because the aircon wasn’t great, even though we had the setting as low as it would go, the room did get very hot.

Basel is a nice city to enjoy walking. The hotel is in a convenient location to the River, stores, restaurants, markets and of course the Christmas markets.

I was very pleased with the accommodation as it was very convenient - friendly reception, close to the trams, with eating options and a supermarket a few doors down. The breakfast was also pretty good. The one thing that confused me slightly was taking the tram from SBB station and alighting at Messeplatz. It was not obvious to me where the hotel was from google map!

Very nice modern hotel. Good amenities. Our room was upgraded - it was a good sized room. With Swiss focus on environment, the temperature control in the room is governed. We stayed in early September during a heat wave
and the room was far too hot for sleep. Fortunately staff provided us with an electric fan to make it bearable. Will not travel to this area in summer again. At least we had AC!
Good restaurant at hotel. Hotel close to other good restaurants and stores. 10 minute walk to old town central market area with many museums, shops, cafes, and a cathedral!
Transit was right outside our hotel. Excellent transit system. Easy to use.

Staff very helpful and friendly. We arrived before 3pm so we’re not expecting to be able to check in. However the room was ready and we were able to go there. The hotel also provided free bottled water every day and a Basel pass which allowed free travel on the trams and reduced entry to museums which we really appreciated 👍

It was a nice stay. I like the staff, the breakfast. The only issue was that the temperature in the room was not adjustable.

Standard hotel. Avoid dinner at bistro restaurant where we were told tables were reserved but in the whole evening we were alone. Food below average, personnel rude .

This is a good business hotel located in vibrant (for Switzerland) area of Basel near the local convention center. The rooms are certainly above average and very modern (for further comfort ask for a room away from the street) but the hotel restaurant is not impressive. Nearby you find supermarkets and plenty of restaurants.
