Very helpful and friendly staff. It was a busy weekend for them, but they made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. We had a great view of the Crown Center Holiday Market and Tree Lighting.

My favorite hotel in KC. Beautiful views fro both sides. Nice spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The bar was open late. Staff was exceptional. Prices were average.
Pool and hot tub need a good cleaning. The deck was clutter free, but you could tell it was time for some tile scrubbing.
We will always stay in this hotel if it is available.

Rooms are beginning to look run down. We had 2 corner rooms for our group, we prefer these as they are larger. However the carpet is very worn, and wallpaper was warped and peeling in places. Room was clean, just needs updated.

I was so excited to stay here with my friends. Check in was 4pm. I waited 3 hours past and was not able to check in until 7pm. Fine, whatever. Then, Friday afternoon there was a giant cockroach in our tub. I called the front desk twice. The second time someone told me to put something over it and hung up. So I did so it didnt come into the bedroom. We did not get house keeping Saturday and had no towels and ran out of toilet paper. When I explained about the roach at checkout they comped us $35 for one day of parking out of 3.

All the staff-from valet to waitstaff-were exceptional. Needs a bigger breakfast area (expand into bar area maybe?) to accommodate large crowds during peak times.

Alissa at the front check in and Dana in the restaurant went above and beyond in answering questions and service. Location was perfect not knowing the area. Across the street from union station across the street from the free trolley through town and across from the liberty tower and ww1 museum . And the iconic Pierpont restaurant . Glad we chose this hotel.

It was good th downstairs had called my phone at 12:45a and disturbed me, but the hotel took good care of me after the incident 🙂and I had a treadmill in my room which was amazing, I love fitness

The property was nice. Staff was friendly. There was wallpaper pealing in the corner of the room that needed to be fixed. Bathroom tub needed a rubber bath mat for safety. Not available in house keeping. Overall happy with our stay.

Loved location, terrain, in general everything….didn’t like that the tv & phone were not working in room (had to call guest services who called maintenance) the problem was not plugged in had to move dresser…the windows were dirty outside & called for water & was forgotten had to call again…and lastly double charged.

Nice hotel centrally located with good bar and restaurant (for breakfast). There was a clothing item left on the floor from a previous guest so more careful cleaning would be nice. Overall it was a pleasant room and stay .
