Room was clean. Housekeeping offered if asked for. Breakfast look good, although we are not breakfast eaters. Everyone was very nice.

We stayed two nights to go to Rushmore, etc. Got this motel because of good reviews. SO GLAD I did! Breakfasts were the BEST ever!! The sweet little lady (we assumed she plans the food)was awesome! Bed was soft, room was clean. Parked rt in front of the door. If we ever return will stay here for sure & will recommend u too. Also the Captains was nice too.

When we needed extra items (towels.. coffee ..toilet paper) they gave it to us right away. Very friendly staff…very clean room .

There are no locks on the entrance doors, the bathroom is tiny and the toilet seat was very loose.

Great breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon and french toast, next day was pancakes, sausage and cheese omelettes.
Room was big, plenty of counter space in bathroom.
Tv was a pain to operate. No elevator wss minor inconvenience.

Stayed in the hotel for a day while visiting Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park.
I just wish every hotel had google tv like this one. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good and many options.
Only complain was that there were a couple of bugs in the room maybe because it is on the ground floor.
Room was otherwise clean and well kept.

Check-in/ out was very easy and both individuals who helped me were so friendly! The room was very clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast had good options and the lady that monitored it was very nice to talk to. Enjoyed our experience!

I was charged for a 2 day stay after trying to cancel my reservation for 2 days prior to my stay. I also purchased Hotel Booking Protection through Expedia and it's horrible how this protection works!! I will NEVER purchase protection again. They have 20 reasons why you can cancel and you have to have a Doctors note or if your pet is the reason for the cancellation you have to have a vet visit note prior to cancellation which is almost impossible when you are on the road and not at your home.
Best Western did not try to help me at all!!! I did not use the room and they did not offer a voucher or any options. I was out $300 and they did not need to clean the rooms, towels, or the use of their breakfast services!!! So disappointed on how this was handled.
The lady at the front desk also handled this concern in an unprofessional manner.

Close to places we wanted to visit.

We reached out ahead re minor mobility issues and no elevator and they gave us a room on ground floor we could back the car right up to and unload. Well kept though a bit dated. Just in heavy near record heat the AC unit was a bit weak and weirdly located, but we eventually got things cooled off modestly well but it took a very long time. Great location, great pool.

We were given the handicapped room..felt like we were in a basment..toilet plunger left outside our door..a few repairs were needed in room...just a "blah" room.

Except for the tub not draining properly, the room was clean and comfortable. The clerk checking us in though was not clear in her instructions on where the room was located (it was in an unusual place) and when my husband went back to double-check she was rather rude.

Slightly disappointed that the only way to the second floor is via a steep set of stairs. Pet friendly but $30/night. No doggie waste receptacle; and need a doggie poop bag stand for those people that don’t seem to bring their own.
The staff are very pleasant and helpful! The room is clean with great air conditioning! Will definitely stay at this Best Western again, but will request a main floor level :)

The staff was very friendly and the lobby was nicely updated, however didn't match the rest of the inn. The room was very dated. The AC hardly cooled the room off it said the filter needed to be cleaned my son complained it was hot in there all night and was sweating. There were a few bugs in the bathroom last night that I had to kill and the towels were extremely rough and uncomfortable to use. The room was fairly clean but had some stains in the carpet. We did love that it had a smart tv for streaming purposes. Overall I probably would not stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay and appreciated having a breakfast included although the staff were challenged to keep up with all the guests. It would be nice to have an elevator available for the second floor rooms.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. I asked to have the room cleaned and it was not cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles were so tiny that there was not even one use in the bottles for 2 people. Since the room was not cleaned the bottles were not replaced and I had to go get some more.
The couch in the room sagged very badly when I sat in it and was therefore not comfortable.

Nice hotel. Comfy beds but fitted sheets didn’t quite fit. A/C could’ve been better. Pool is awesome! Great location for many activities and local restaurants. Would stay again.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the comfortable stay. Other guests were like a family and we had great talks and visits with others there. The location is good and we were able to have our little puppy stay with us. Overall, it was a really good stay!

This property was the best we’ve stayed at in a very long time! The room was extremely comfortable and pleasant. We felt safe and were able to relax beautifully. The breakfast was amazing! So many great choices and very good. I would recommend everyone stay here, it’s wonderful.

The hotel was an okay hotel. The issue I had was with the payment. When the payment posted, it posted three times. I have been assured the duplicates will drop off (yet to be seen), but they place a hold against your account for triple the amount that was supposed to come out of the account. This is very frustrating when you need those funds it is holding up for other issues. As I called questioning the matter I was told it was only one charge the others would disappear and the desk clerk told me that her general manager would be contacting me to explain further. It has been over two days and that general manager has not called.
