We stayed for a couple of nights, our room had an amazing view of mountain and stream! Very clean and we were in control of temperature in our room. Great restaurants. Try the Feel Good Cafe, great coffee, smoothies

The receptionist upon first check in was good. The rest of the staff stayed to themselves and gave the impression they didn’t want to be there. They wouldn’t say hello and would speak in a foreign tongue to each other. The room was nice. The bathtub squeaked and the staff failed to clean my room the first night there. Breakfast was just okay. They ran out of basic items and expected tips for doing nothing. If I returned to this location, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Pool had a very strong chorine smell, to the point it made me cough. I couldn’t use the pool area due to that and others said they thought it was also bad. I wasn’t the only one cough due to the strength of the chlorine. Secondly, the walls are very thin. I could hear everything so clear next to me well they had intimacy happenings going on all night. It was horrible. - thw positives of the hotel was the location to stores & monuments/state parks. Plus the free breakfast was fabulous including gluten free options.

Family of 4 (mom, dad, kids are under 10 years old): We had reservations to stay at this hotel for 3 nights, and we ended up staying for 2 and checking out early. Part of the excitement for children staying at a hotel is using the swimming pool, which they had indoors on site. The pool had both alive and dead bugs floating on the top and on the bottom of the pool BOTH days we were there, which means it was not cleaned. Both days I had to go to the front desk and ask for pool towels for when we used the hot-tub. Our hotel room was decently clean, but there was a hole in our sheets and I am not sure how that was missed when house keeping made the bed. The shower temperature was not consistent and the shower head had two settings: blasting and painful or a small trickle. The walls were very thin and you could hear people next to you and above you the entire time. We were on the second floor and there must have been a family with small children directly above us - it was loud. The breakfast was nice, but many of the items ran out and the staff had to be asked both days to restock by many guests. The front desk staff (except one lady who's name I cannot remember) were rude and seemed bothered when you would approach them with questions. We checked out early and found another hotel in the area with a lower nightly rate, clean rooms, clean pool, well stocked breakfast and staff who smiled.

The room was spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast included. All the staff were very courteous. They had a nice outdoor area with a fire pit! Would definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I spent 3 nights for our anniversary. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. She gave us a list of businesses that she knew were open (off season). The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was great. Only recommendation would be having 2 different kinds of omelets each day. Both pans had the cheese ones one day..then the following day both were a veggie and ham kind. The only thing that was a bit of let down was the hot tub seemed to be more foamy and strong chemical mist that made us cough a lit when first getting in. Other guest who also used it also had the same issue. We couldnt stay in it very long because of it. Which was somewhat dissappointing being it was the thing we looked forward to most. Otherwise, it was great!
