Process is very confusing for breakfast.. hotel front desk staff directed us to where the breakfast area was, we proceeded to make plates and set down before staff approached us and informed us that it was not free.

Check in takes forever. Coaching staff talks really loudly in the hallway. Room interior looks really old compared to other modern hotels. No usb and time on clock was wrong

I had a pleasant stay. I was there for two nights and a day. I enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness center. Both areas were well kept, in working conditions and stocked with plenty of towels and wipes at the gym. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was okay, good selection but food quality could have been better. The room was clean and in working order. I would recommend to others and stay again!

Door lock batter failed and the manager has it fixed quickly. Also the bartender was awesome and the bar food was great. The Starbucks had a limited menu but that was the only disappointment

We loved it. We had the best massages and appreciated the Yoga and Spin classes as a bonus to the stay. The food was excellent and everyone was kind and accommodating.

Customer service was off the charts from check-in to the hotel restaurant & bar. The staff was friendly, engaging, & attentive. We were originally assigned to a room that wasn't the category that we booked. After returning to the front desk to question the room assignment, the situation was handled quickly & professionally. I couldn't have been happier.
The hotel bar had wonderful service & great food & drinks.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, & in a great area of town. 5 minutes from a huge entertainment, shopping, & dining district.

They have chairs in the front lobby that do not have rear legs. When I sat down on the chair my back flexed all the way back and hurt my back.

I walk into my room and it smelled funky. The bathroom door was closed. The toilet rocked from side to side when sitting on it. The bathroom sink had standing water in it and the mysterious refrigerator turned on but never got cold. I actually watched it get warmer and warmer. The breakfast was sub-par for a Hilton product. The poor guy who asked how was stay was clearly was not expecting my mouthful. All he said was oh I’m sorry in a condescending tone.

I wouldn't book with hotels.com. we arrived at a doubletree in st louis for a nice night away and after the evening entertainment we arrived to find our bed was covered in old blood stains. A completely white duvet and cover went unnoticed. Then we are refused a refund because hotels.com does whatever the hotel decides. So apparently doubletree st louis doesn't mind the guest arriving to BODILY FLUIDS on your guest bed at their hotel.
Thanks Doubletree St Louis for really making our stay terrible and we even Get to pay for it. THANK YOU.

This hotel exceeded every expectation I had, I knew it was going to be nice but it was a blast! The services on site (full rec center, huge pools, ice bath, sauna, hot tub, did I mention a full rec center with a teen game room even.) we will be staying here again for sure. The breakfast buffet was amazing also, fresh made omelets and great bacon and everything else. Great place and staff!

The heaters need to be cleaned. When we turned our heat up it smelled like smoke which started the smoke detector. Staff was great about sending us a maintenance man Devante who made sure it was safe,
