In the breakfast buffet area there is no microwave, the scrambled eggs are cold, the staff in charge of the buffet area is constantly nearby and observing what one makes or chooses at the buffet makes the guest feel quite uncomfortable.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed.

After my previous booking experience with another hotel reservation. It was nice to be able to get a room and get some much needed rest.

Good to go. No complaints. Convenient. Friendly staff. Situated a short drive to the beach. Our room was clean, organized.

Convenient for our needs

It was not a bad location. The room was older along with a non-working phone. I was unable to call the front desk. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was great. The room and bedding were clean. I stayed in the King bed room.

First I shall say the price was less than $100. So, I should not and did not expect it to be top quality. With that said our hotel room was in need of a renovation. My main concern was the bathroom. The shower head base was coming off the wall and the there was serious mold around and under the bathtub mat. At checkout I did tel the desk clerk about the bathroom concerns.

Old hotel had a musky odor glad we only had to stay one night that was enough. Location off the beaten path

I DO LIKE THE QUIETNESS ASPECT, AND THE STAFF! IN ADDITION NO BAD SMELL AROUND THE MAIN AREA.

The room and pool were very nice and clean Could use a little better plumbing for toilets but overall a very nice stay

The a/c was very noisy and being close to interstate I could also hear traffic noise. Although the room was very clean the plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were well worn, such as tap in face basin and tap in shower/bath was falling apart and had difficulty completely shutting the water off. It kept dripping. Bed was comfortable, good to have fridge, microwave, coffee station and breakfast making the stay average.

There still upgrading.My room needed a chair and a light.Bathroom needed a vanity.The Best Western next door is alot better but this was $300 cheaper tor a two week stay.

We stayed 3 nights the staff was nice and helpful the hotel was clean and in a decent area . Overall I enjoyed it

Stayed at property for 4 nights was fine 1st night but on 2nd day was trying to change room due to water pressure in shower and tub. Spoke with customer service at desk was not only rude to 1 time but twice. Was told to fix issue would need to have the maintenance come to look at it first. I explained to representative at desk they I shouldn’t have to be bothered with this and they should just show me a few different rooms. I asked to see available rooms same floor and a few on lower to very if it’s pressure on floor my room was on or not. We looked into 4 rooms and finally found a room to replace it with with no water pressure issues. Manager stepped in and apologized but gave no compensation for inconvenience from employee and for this issue. Not happy with how it was handled from beginning to end.

It was quiet. Place seemed clean. Some of the staff was a bit rude and unpleasant. Overall it would not be my first pick.

This is a very nice location. It is centrally located close enough to every thing. Not far from the Interstate. The pool and the hotub were very nice and comforting. Breakfast was not bad. There were not many people around to talk to. I don't know why?

The elevator needs maintenance and we had neighbors that had to argue at 4 in the morning but the rest of the stay was good , breakfast was good

Damaged furniture

Beds were very comfy, and room was very clean and spacious for 2 people.plus the front desk lady from Jamaica was awesome.
