I didn't find anything I didn't like. The hotel had a great environment for a romantic evening.

The room was beautiful, not like the pictures but more modern in an comfortable cozy kind of way. Breakfast gives you so many options hot, cooked, self made. Just delicious. Only problems we had were because they were renovating the keys didnt work to into the sections where the amenities. There was also construction concrete everywhere, had to stay alert for my kids safety with this furniture. And jacuzzi was out of order

Gonna start by saying that we have rented a room at this hotel yearly since 2017. We have always loved it here! After this visit, im unsure if we'll stay again. Room1-when we got to the room all the lights were on, the TVs were on, the AC was blowing away (room was nice & cold), there was 1 of the beds unmade, and garbage in the trash still. Ashely at the front desk was apologetic and got us a new room right away (thank you!). Room2-the room smelled off but we were now in a huge hurry so turned the AC on and unpacked. When we got back around midnight it was no better and we decided to address it in the morning. I couldnt sleep the smell was so bad so i woke everyone up at 7am and sent my husband to move us while we repacked. I found the smell, gray mold in the cabinet! My husband later found it on the dust ruffle of the bed too. The man at the front said they would not move us again and we needed to contact Expedia, i was so upset cuz its not Expedia's fault your staff left a room with trash and unmade beds (room1) and visible mold (room2). The lady there (didnt get her name) swapped our room for us and refunded us the first night (So thank yall for that, it was very appreciated!). Room3- clean and lovely, but one of the TVs wouldnt "unlock" so maintenance said they could move us again...NO THANK YOU! He is the nicest guy, we've seen him for about 5 years of us coming here and he was doing his best. I appreciate her making it right, but get someone to do a DEEP clean plz!

This hotel is a nice one. We stayed in the queen suite and it wasn't much more expensive than a regular room. The hotel is under going renovations right now but it didn't affect our stay. It's a clean hotel. I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband thought it was hard. My one and only complaint is that the walls need sound-proofing. There was a large family in the room next to ours and they were very noisy. The walls hardly muffled their noise. The room on the other side of us had a little barking dog and we could here it through the walls. Other than that though, it was a nice relaxing stay. The location is good. Not far off the interstate. There are lots of food places and a grocery store close by. The hotel is worth the money. I will stay again. I just hope they sound proof the walls.

Comfortable beds, Ac great. Only concerns are very low toilet seat. Just 1 extremely small trash can that only held 3 16.9 coke bottles.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is being remodeled, but they kept it from interfering too much. Very pleased

Remodeling going on but very pleasant and helpful

First room was dirty, second room - had to enter through glass doors which keys would not work, third room was ok but over an hour of our time was wasted trying to find a room so that we could shower and relax after a nine hour drive. We thought everything was fine but we ended up spending the entire weekend trying to open entrance doors to get to our room because, again, the keys didn’t work. It was not fun having to go from door to door trying to get inside the building in 90 degree weather.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. COLD A/C!!!! Blankets delivered to room promptly and with a smile. Excellent breakfast variety (except for not having brown sugar for the oatmeal.) Scrambled eggs were made from REAL eggs! Great value when traveling with 4 adults & 2 children.

We enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast and staff was very quick when we needed something. I’d stay again. Super hot water and cold ac. Appreciated the shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower!! Even had a min refrigerator.

Expedia listed as pet friendly, but when I checked in, the rep said no pets allowed.

Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Property is in the process of updating and renovating but was still very clean, quiet and the room was spacious. Breakfast was really good with actual home cooked food.

Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable bed. Slept like a baby for a good 10 hours. (exhausting road trip)

The front desk was very helpful and kind. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was a very good variety and tasty. We stayed here because they accepted pets. We are traveling with our poodle. My only complaint is the fee they charge for a pet. An extra $30 they call a deposit but it is never refunded!

This is an okay place. I would not recommend for families, as both pool and hot tub are not usable, and some of the rooms open to the outside, like a motel. No elevator, ice machine wasn’t working, general lack of amenities. The bathroom door in our room #261 was very difficult to open and close as the door scrapes on the floor tiles and you have to push really hard. The outlet by the sink sparks when you plug in hairdryer. Overall room was functional, but not as nice as advertised. The breakfast was good.

The pool area is not in closed very noisy when people are in the pool. Food quality needs to be checked

It was ok. Called and asked about getting the TV fixed and no one ever showed up. There was a bit of remodeling going on on a Saturday afternoon which was a bit disturbing the room was very clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

The experience was very good. The room was very clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. The service we received was great.

The rooms wasnt connected

Definitely worth the price. Amenities were amazing. No bedding for 3rd bed/couch and no towels or washcloths in room but staff brought to our room right away.

The TV didn't work. Parking was easy. Highway access was a little convoluted.

Not what expected.

Arrived app 5pm to check in. Room was not ready. We were told that they would contact us when our room was available, which was approximately 5:30pm. We had firm plans which we had to press to make as a result.
