Suitable service. Clean room, cold a/c. Next to the airport, but noise wasn't an issue. No issues. Met my overnight stay needs.

Highly recommended!!! I always have an excellent experience at every stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful about anything the guests need. Rooms are spacious and very clean, the beds are very comfortable, bedsheets and bathroom towels are very clean, the bathrooms are very clean and have all you need. The television has a large list of channels to view in few diferent languages. Breakfast is excellent and delicious with a large variety to choose; I'm always happy about eating a nice and warm plate to start a busy day, as well as having fresh brewed coffee with milk, fresh juice and fruits. Pool water is always clean, as well as pool area. There is a set of washer and dryer, it's very convenient to do laundry right there when traveling and working. I always appreciate your good customer service. Thank you very much and until next time!!!

We traveled to St. Pete for a short stay visit friends and family .We loved our stay here. The room was very clean, the staff were helpful and accommodating. Due to our various destinations, this was a wonderful stay and we would stay again!

The staff at this hotel kicked myself and my disabled sister out midway through our trip by the police… the reason given was excessive traffic in our room. Sounds like I drove to Fl, built a booming illegal business, and had a major clientele by day 4 of my trip… On the morning I was kicked out I went to the lobby for the second day to ask for towels, housekeeping was only leaving 1 bath towel for a room with two beds. Not a ridiculous request. I did state to staff this unacceptable to be expected to share a towel with my sister who I was vacationing with. Housekeeping cleaned our room, and my sister was missing 600$ from her bag. She reported that to the lobby at that time. Nothing was done. We continued our day went to the beach and got back to the room after 9pm. Approximately 945 our door is being banged on with a woman yelling front desk. The police and Manager were there to trespass my sister and I, Stating they have video of heavy traffic in my room. I asked to see said video, we are still missing 600$ let’s see who was in there then??? Nothing, no response. Best Western has created a “ticket” If you want to be robbed, and then kicked out for 0 reason, stay here… I also have my video of my interaction with the staff, I have my documents Best Western. Shame on you!!! Our room was clean, it wasn’t fancy, it was comfortable.

Nice and kept property with a pool and breakfast.

BEWARE!! We checked in late for an early flight the next morning. (10pm for a 6am flight check in) We got in the room, ate and went to sleep. When I was laying in the bed I noticed there was something covering the smoke detector but didn’t address it since we were only there a short amount of time. Now they have charged me $60 and the woman who I spoke to was rude and argumentative claiming that I covered it and smoked in the room. She said they take pictures before and after check out. If that’s true then they should have seen the cover. OR they did it themselves to occur fees for financial gain against unsuspecting guests. Lesson learned but I will not be returning to this property.

Great hotel!!

You get what you pay for! Room was a little dirty- tub worn down- so we only took showers- but the bed was comfortable and water was hot. If you just need a place to shower and sleep- it will do!
