It would have been just fine bc the room was very nice. My issue was that the toilet had a potty ring in it as it hadn’t been cleaned for some time and the sink had previous guests toothpaste spittle in it. The bedding appeared to be fresh and the floors appeared to be vacuumed and the tub area was ok.

Terrible place. Smelt awful. Bathroom not clean. Not safe area.

This property was quite frankly, a dump. The entire facility seemed in disarray. The pool literally had 2 ft of water. Huge gaps around doors. Windows secures with a stick. Broken glass and trash all over the property. Stained comforter and stain sitting chair. It seemed every photo used in the advertisement were either very outdated or just plain fake photos. TERRIBLE STAY

Room was nice but the public areas could use some attention.

The bathroom door would not close (not just a little but way off), no ice machine, no brewed coffee only machine generated coffee, sheets had no elastic left in them and would come undone in middle of night which made for a very uncomfortable and wakeful sleep.

Property was nice, slightly outdated. Breakfast was very limited. Staff was very nice.

This was a good place to stay. It was safe and quiet. The breakfast didn't include any eggs or meat but was good otherwise.

The wifi connection was pretty slow.

The staff was nice and friendly. They accommodated our request to have two rooms side by side. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, my granddaughter enjoyed the pool.

There for a swim meet. Booked the hotel specifically because it boasted an amazing swimming pool with slides. Got there and the slides were broke down and we found out that they have been that way for a long time- so the property should be explicit in noting that. Also- a number of the employees routinely smoke right outside the front doors- it was very uncomfortable requesting that the front desk staff ask them to move away from the door, and I was told that one of the smokers was the manager- then I got the eye-roll and attitude when I stated that I didn’t care if it was the manager or not- they shouldn’t be smoking at the front door as guests WITH CHILDREN are trying to walk in and out. The staff was very disrespectful and acted like we were inconveniencing them when we asked them to refill breakfast items also.

The place was designed for very large groups to stay at… but the hotel has seen better days… not well lit and dated

This hotel is very outdated and a little run down. Which is a shame because there is so much potential. Hot tub is boarded up, but the pool was nice. There is a large waterslide that has not been functioning for a long time. Rooms were as clean as they could be. If you like, cold showers this is the place for you. The best thing about our stay was the friendly service and staff. The table tenis, foosball and pool table were my kids favorite part. Breakfast was decent too.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Carpet in the hall was dirty. I had to continually get the key card reprogrammed. I would have enjoyed some fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast.

Love the waterpark. Pool it was awesome. I didn’t get a chance to spend a lot of time.

This place was disgusting. We couldn’t even stay. I walked into the room it was damp and smelled terrible. There was duct fake holding g the window together. Half the lights were out or flickering out in the hotel. There were padlocks on the bathrooms and the stairs had nasty food gunk stuck to the carpets. We didn’t even spend 10 min there. I told the fro t desk there’s no way I’m staying I do not feel safe or sanitary here. The pool slide was cautioned tapped off and there were the owners kids using the slide while their grandmother smoked inside the indoor pool area!!! This place should not be open. My kids and I tried to find somewhere else and everything was booked. We ended up having to drive home that night.

Our room was great! New and .odern. Nice bed, clean, and great shower and bathroom. And thats what counts. Ice machine and laundry broken. Breakfast way below par. Coffee horrible. Facility very old.

I am upset spending over 135. The dtaff was amazing . Ice machine broken, showerhead broken, had to rig it to work. People slamming the door every 30 minutes. The lady Katy was calling Corporate. They told her they would be there that day to fix ice machine, NOPE, novody came to fix anything. Customers were yelling at the girls at front desk. It's not their fault but it is CORPORATE!!!! For that kind of money, I wanted some sleep, a nice shower and a bucket of ice, how do i go about getting compensated??? Very upset.Oh and A really nice lady named Rachel tried Evelyn to be nice and apologetic. I feel bad for those girls. Katy tried her best to get things fixed. I need this to be seem by Corporate!!!!! Thank you.

Employees were great. The lobby was hot,and only had one ice machine that didn't work. Our room needed new linen and couch was stained. Matres was uncomfortable. Its not there other locations.
