No one answers the phone terrible answering service. Extended stay should be till 3:00pm.

Close to the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Monte Vista state park. Comfy rooms and good breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Having to request our room be serviced. Seems like all hotels now don't do daily housekeeping unless you request it specifically. The pandemic is over--for the prices we pay I expect daily housekeeping.

the location was good.
the staff was rude and the breakfast was terrible and the internet was down. never worked. the girl lied to me and said they are working on it. then i found out from another customer that it had been down for a long time and no one was trying to fix it. so the second day it was still not working.

Smelled very fresh and clean. Staff was very kind when I arrived. The pool was nice and warm. The breakfast smelled amazing once it was prepared. The rooms were very nice and clean.
The pillows had mold in them and possibly bed bugs. Was unsure what it was truly but there were a bunch of different sizes black spots inside the pillows when I checked took them out of the pillow cases.

Breakfast was good. Warm.I attended an annual event for the region,which means they should be prepared as it happens at this time every year which they were not and ran out of things quickly.
I did not like that again the annual event is taken place and the pool/hot tub was unavailable to the schools/teams who should have been able to enjoy them.

Loved that the free breakfast was like a breakfast buffet. The staff was nice and attentive.
The property was good. I only had an issue checking in, there was a Booking.com issue, on the app it showed I was booked and confirmed but in site, there was no room assigned. The hotel staff worked on it and got us a room.

Break fast, location, size of room and amenities were great! Each of our three rooms heard people running/walking on the floors above us during the night and outside in the hallways. Soundproofing was the issue.
