Our room was great. Must pay $15 for parking - bit of a surprise as it was not indicated when we booked the room.
Stayed in and had dinner and also the awesome breakfast buffet. Dinner was priced as an extravagant meal, over $150.00 for two, however zero stars on that quality. Ambience for views and pool, etc. = Nice - great to see the airliners taking off and landing, over a lake. Prayed the geese on the lake would not interfere with the flights....

Housekeeping left food in the microwave from the guests prior to us, and when they came in the next day, the food was still in there. It was disgusting, moldy and smelled bad.
Also, the fitted sheets kept coming off and we were essentially sleeping on the mattress, which was gross.

This hotel was an average stay. The front desk staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. This hotel has a sub-level ground floor with rooms. I will say that this level looks like a converted basement and there were lots of cobwebs in those rooms. We requested to be moved to one of the upper floors and were granted permission to do so, once we reached our new room we noticed that the door to the room was not properly set making it hard to open and close. The mirrors were dirty and the sheets had stains in them. I will say although the staff was helpful I can’t recommend that anyone consider booking here unless you have to.

The first room we checked into had no hot water and the shower was clogged. The second room we checked into also had a shower that wouldn’t drain and was dirty. Very disappointing given this is a Marriott property and the amount they charge.

Shower head is not convenient. Had to call front desk to figure out how to turn off the headboard light. Shuttle is fast and 24hrs available. Internet is good.

Tornado warnings and it was cold in my room but they were reassuring and friendly and the shuttle even picked me up at the rental car place instead of the airport. Would 10/10 recommend

Check in was slow. The desk staff were more interested in chatting in the office than attending to the desk.
I did have to change rooms in the middle of the night due to what sounded like a constantly flushing toilet in a neighboring room but the staff were great about getting that sorted out quickly.

Loved our check in… don’t think I am supposed to list names… but she was great. As soon as I walked in the door she acknowledged me, even though she was helping someone else. Really could not have done better.

This property is really nice, great food and bar. Had steak and Brussel sprouts. And if I rave about those it must be good. The room was so very spacious and luxurious. Beds super soft and comfy.

The room was clean and great. The staff left a lot to be desired. They didn’t acknowledge you when you got to the desk. Too busy doing other tasks or gossiping this morning. It’s unfortunate for the hotel. The shuttle driver was amazing though.
