Our room was super quiet and peaceful. The house keeping was good. The pool and spa were really nice and the pool guy was super friendly and helpful. On the downside, the staff weren’t particularly happy. Most didn’t seem to enjoy their work.

Great place to stay in Lisbon. Reasonably close to attractions with access to Metro. Very good staff and breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located to the main city of Lisboa. Staff was very courteous and helpful. be it breakfast time or room upkeep, everything was being taken care of superbly. Room and bathroom were amazingly fresh as if this hotel was recently constructed.

The property is wonderful overall. Charming and luxurious. Sadly it is slightly dated and some things need to be renovated. I'd certainly go there again, but it needs to either improve or it's prices must be adjusted to reflect it's deficiencies.

Sheraton Lisboa is just fabulous. 5 stars to the Staff there, they are so friendly and welcoming and customer service was absolutely amazing.

Very nice breakfast

Thank you for a great stay & all the staff have been so helpful. The only improvement would be to have the face cloths replace when the removed the used ones & the clothes draws to not smell musty.

The hotel was very welcoming & quiet. No too much overly crowded. The staff was very attentive & nice. Very humble people! The cleaning team needs to be more attentive than just hurrying the job of under cleaning. The bathroom was cleaned ok but time & time again they FORGOT to fill up the soap dispensers. Had to complain 3 times over 3 days to get it sorted. Nevertheless they gave me enough soap & shampoo etc to last me over a week . To be fair the Manager couldn’t be any nicer who extended the courtesy of giving complimentary breakfast for two for the rest of the week we were there. Hats off to Nuno the pool person very humble & jovial & very hard working chap who looked after everyone at the poolside. Overall loved it & definitely would be back when I can. A round of applause to the whole staff who do go out their way to make one’s time SPECIAL there . A big thank you guys.

A little out of the way from major dining areas but overall was a very nice stay.

Hotel was nice but the cleaning staff wasn’t the best. Didn’t fill shampoo and conditioner so I had to ask twice. Then, they took our pillow cases that were colored (so as not to get mixed up with white linens). Staff at front desk couldn’t get them back until we were checked out. Seemed very disorganized

I did not like : Old scruffy and worn out towels, no shower gel or soap in the shower, no refill for Nescafé capsules, no shoehorn, no shoe shine glove, no bath robes

The hotel was very modern and comfortable and had everything we needed. Ana Sofia, the concierge, was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very patient with us and helped make our our visit a success. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. The Sheraton was a top flight hotel.

Amazing stay at Sheraton Lisboa with a large group of friends, all running the Lisbon marathon 2022. Loved the pool area - Nuno in particular is a true star to service your customers there! Fantastic breakfast buffet and enjoyed the spa section as well.

We stayed here in a pinch for a canceled flight and it was quick, clean and easy. The staff was nice. It seemed to be in a nice shopping area but we did not have time to explore

Staff rude and unfriendly. Rooftop bar/restaurant closed. Pool and spa close at 8 pm and they couldn’t wait to kick you out at 7:50!
