Water leaking all night from the bathroom faucet. No soap bottle. Use our own bar soap. Bed and bedsheets are soft and comfortable.

First I’ll say, the hotels bed was comfortable and the location was convenient for what we needed.
Online it mentioned that the hotel had vegan options available, however when I inquired about this at breakfast the staff needed me to define the term. This limited our options to dried fruit, nuts and oatmeal. Potatoes could be served dairy free upon request, but if you wanted to have something equal to waffles or eggs, there’s no plant based options available. If breakfast isn’t included with your stay, I believe breakfast is around $20.
Hotel also stated that EV chargers were available on site. There were 4 spots and four chargers available. One car was charging, the rest of the spots yielded an error message. When presented to the front desk, they had no idea how to make this work, but when they called the general manager, the troubleshooting included “did you park at one of the ones with the lights on?” And “did you follow the instructions?” Beyond that it was a shrug and we couldn’t charge.
At check in we were told there were 3 weddings staying there that night. We are grateful we found a room as it was conveniently located for us, but the hallway to our room was packed and you needed to pass the hotel bar to get to it. The hallways and hotel bar were noisy until 12:30am/1am. But we were boy there for a wedding
Our room smelled of natural gas as you entered, but couldn’t notice it after a few minutes.
When checking out no one asked how our stay was.

Really nice place to stay with a friendly/accommodating staff. Only thing that we didn't like was that the pool was shut down with no opening in sight for the near future. Dedham would be a better option if you need a decent pool/hot tub.

We stayed one night because there was no water in our house. It was easy to book and the price was acceptable. The internet did not work on phones, only on a laptop.

Staff was great. The only issue is the hotel is clearly in need of lots of updates. If they rehabbed the place, it would be a really good place to stay when in town.

Traccee the desk clerk was professional and super helpful with our needs. Since one of our needs was alcohol, the bartender was gracious in staying late to make drinks just for us. The room was nice, nothing extraordinary.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
Only two issues were the sink leaked heavily around the faucet handle when turned on and the pillows were much too thin for a king sized bed.

We had last minute water issue at our house and needed to stay in hotel (showers!) and this was available.
My only issue was that the room did not have very many outlets for cell phone chargers.
I will say, Carmen at the front desk was very kind

Came for a family wedding and missed the ceremony due to reservation issues with hotel. Our second night stay was canceled and we had no room available to us! This was a nightmare!! Hotel got a room for us 30 minutes away and we were late for reception! Never again! Our whole family was booked here and we were separated… not to mention my husband had to clean the trap in the shower to get rid of horrible smell in room! Speechless over this stay!

The staff was very nice.. my air was not working well but I was but I was barely there and I advised upon my leaving. The bed was comfortable and I would stay again. Downside pool was not open.

Check-in was delayed as the systems were down not the staff’s fault they did the best they could but there was no notice and I realize early check-in is not guaranteed but a heads up that it wasn’t going to happen would have been nice. While waiting yet the common area bathrooms - the men’s room sink was filled with vomit and the women’s room smelled horribly

I flew in on a sunday morning and had called the hotel to see if i could check in early. Unfortunately, they could not accomodate my request so i spent the better half of the day sitting in my rental car. When i arrived to the hotel, i asked again around 11am if i could check in. I was told there were no rooms available and so they added me to a wait list to be able to check in at 2pm. At this point, i had been traveling since the night before with no sleep and been in Boston for 5 hrs. I sat in their lobby and fell asleep, i woke up at 2pm and asked again if i could check in. They told me no, your room is not available and then informed me that expedia did not provide them with my correct credit card information. I called expedia to fix the issue, that was taken care of so i went back to the fromt desk and asked again at 2:30pm if i could check in, she told me no so i about lost my mind. Worst customer service!!! I argued with the front desk receptionist and once my voice raised up, the manager comes by to ask what the problem is. I explained to her the issue so she tells the worker to go ahead and let me check in. All of a sudden a room was available and she was handing me my key card because the manager said so. Funny how nothing was abailable hourssssss ago and once they saw how angry i was, they let me check in. I landed in boston at 6am and did not get a room until close to 3pm! I am sorry but this is no way to treat a customer!

We were in a room, where the shower did not work. At midnight we were able to change rooms. It‘s all really old, TV is new though, beds comfy. All in all the place is in dire need of a renovation, staff were super friendly and helpful, but for 200 Dollars a night, more can be expected from a Hilton brand.

I just feel like overall The Hilton brand has a name to carry and they should focus on the upkeep of their facilities. This will be the first & last time staying at any Hilton brand hotel. We booked a king bed room the bathroom was gross the shower leaked on the floor the sink was a size of a crayon box. The room was super dusty and the drawers didn’t even properly close. The foyer and hall way need an upgrade the rug looked dirty. Honestly just everything about it was an absolute no I felt like I was staying at a crappy hotel. Hilton DO BETTER!
