At 9 o’clock in the morning, there was no coffee. He tried to get the coffee machine working and couldn’t get it working. He said come back in five minutes. I went back in five minutes. He had another machine and it wasn’t working either.

The Wyndham Days Inn, was nasty, roaches, bugs and unsanitary. The website said breakfast well there was none. Coffee was water and packaged out of date muffins. I asked about breakfast desk clerk replied not all Days Inn”, provide that service. I told her I paid $174.00, breakfast should be included I told her about room with bugs she said you should have came back down and reported it. I said I’m here to bury my brother, I’ve been driving five hours straight. I had to walk upstairs with my suitcase although I’m handicap, and you said there were no rooms and yet you put my niece who came at 2 am on the first floor. I was too damn tired to drag that suitcase down two flights again. She changed my room with the same issues, with piss In toliet. Housekeeper came and sweep the bugs off floor. This was a nightmare when nephew realized a roach was crawling on his face. There money was returned all except $30 for early checkout fee, if this is the kind of hotels you provide to customer using well known names then you need to revise your webpage and remove Days Inn by Wyndham Lavonia….. They need to be closed and cited.

This property is being renovated….It should not be listed on Expedia…… there is no pool( as advertised), rodent traps in front of several rooms, tv did not work in room 234 so i was moved to bottom floor room 142, where intil 10:20 pm there were lawn maintenance crews using leaf blowers andand weed wackers, when I went to desk to complain i eas told it was part of renovation

A rip off , not clean , fridge,phone or any appliance did not work. Very dirty , food left outside for stray cats and smelled. It should be closed by department of health

Don’t stay here!! Used soap left in shower soap dish, Frozen food in fridge! Drain cover next to sink. Pictures torn off wall. Absolutely not worth the money!

I booked a room 6 days in advance. My husband is disabled so I asked for a room downstairs with handicap parking. When we arrived they had us upstairs. She said she would put us downstairs but we would have to walk a good distance to the room. I stated that I made reservations 6 days in advance for a handicap room. She told us they were occupied that they were here first. We could not cancel so we stayed. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The young lady at check in was phenomenal. She double checked the room and turned on the heat before issuing me a room key. She was as very accommodating and made the visit extremely pleasant.

No breakfast, no iron, faulty hairdryer, bathroom at checking not working, thin blanket, lousy service, lamp unplugged, no receipt available upon checkout.

It’s not worth staying at this days inn for what I paid…and they wanted me to pay extra for having a boat and hooking up to charge my boat battery $50 more

Easy access from interstate, rooms clean, within walking distance to eating facilities if so inclined. Ample area for walking a pet

Changed management during my stay. I had to go get my card renewed. Other than that, it was good.

Service is not bad, but room was not cleaned

This was this worse place I have ever booked, the room appeared as though it had just been rent out for an hour use, if you know what that means. Not clean at all, bed not made, trash in the trash can, dirty towels, we took pictures and the owners or manager would not even take the time to go look at the room, and it was right next door to the entrance of the building. And on top of that we was there for 10 minutes and they wouldn’t refund our money, so we was out the 205.00 for this hotel and 360.00 for Quality Inn because we had to find a last minute hotel, because we was from out of state and had no other choice…do not book this hotel or stay here.

Ten to fifteen years ago, I stayed at Days Inn's almost exclusively because they were really nice, clean, new or recently renovated, had daily maid service, breakfast, comfy lobbies, and no creepy workers. I was quite shocked when I pulled off the road and landed at this Days Inn in Lavonia, GA. The lady who greeted me at the front desk was very nice and cordial, but that's where the good part of the experience ended. The entire place looked like it needed to be raked over and hauled to the landfill. There were broken down and wrecked cars parked in the spaces in front of my unit. Some were loaded with belongings that identified them as belonging to people that were down on their luck. The door to the unit was so far out-of-whack that there was a one-inch wide gap down the side that was letting in cold air and sunlight. The floors were dirty, the furniture was dirty and stained, and the bedspread was so stained and discolored it looked unhealthy. The bed sheets were no better. Yellowed and stained made me think I needed to bring out the ultra-violet light! While I was unpacking my stuff, an older man, looking like maintenance, came up to the windows, put his hands around his face and peered in the window to see what I was doing. I yelled at him, "Hey, what do you think you're doing?" and he pecked on the window and walked away. No daily maid service and no toilet paper refills were not a surprise. The toilet inside of the shower, though, that was just too much. DON'T!!!

The room door kept opening the TV didn't work and we found out they had cockroaches and the staff were told to lie to people about the rooms being sprayed

Everything was good and clean. A nice place to stop, sleep, shower and get going again.

Do yourself a favor Don’t stay here. People on drugs all around, black mold on ceiling.

The room that i had ended up having dead roaches in the drawers. Not to mention while i was in my room eating, i had roaches running across the table. I went to the front deak and told them to cancel my second night, the staff asked if everything was ok. I informed them about the bug problem. They said they were canceling my second night, the next day i went to the office and they still hadnt canceled my second night. My dad had a room as well and while taking a shower in his room,bugs were running in the bathroom.

There were stink bugs in the room, all on the walls. Scared to close my eyes.

I needed a handicapped room toilet was a great height the bed came up to my waist. I couldn't get into the bed without help . There was no bars in the shower i refused to shower i was to afraid that i would fall.

Doors did not close/latch properly. Free breakfast was non-existent, except for coffee. Paint drips on bathroom floor. Battery dead in TV remote. Key had to be re-programed to open door on 2nd day. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was excellent

Overall good for the value. Too late for me to do a full room inspection. The window shade was torn and the toilet paper holder had been ripped from the wall. No juice (machine was out) for breakfast and very limited supply of breakfast items.
