Bugs found in the room. Parking lot lights shining right into the room. Beds were horrible

The hotel is under renovation, but I didn’t notice any of it. The desk clerk was amazing.

The clerk checking us in was wonderful! We have a hard time with stairs and I had forgotten to check for a ground floor room. Our was on the second floor and the elevator was broken. She had someone carry our bags for us and asked several times if we were ok. Room was clean and comfortable

The Hotel was unkept, smell bad! Humid, the Elevator was not working (wife had a knee replacement)
So, I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Room was a little musty at check in, but once we ran the AC for while it cleared out. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but it worked. Staff was very pleasant. Elevator was broken.

We were happy to see our 'go-to' hotel when visiting our college daughter was reopened. Upon check-in, we were notified that the elevator was down. I am recovering from double-knee surgery, not ideal. Suggestion- reserve some rooms on the first floor for these situations???? When we go to our room on the second floor, it was SO dark and hot. We opened the curtains and turned on the air. The room cooled down after awhile.

Elevator broken- has been broken for 1.5 months per staff. We were moved from 2nd floor room assignment to Rm. 121 which is located past the stairs at end of hall beneath stairwell… back in a hidden corner!! Lots of noise from stairwell traffic and people having phone conversations on stairwell!! Room very small. Can barely get a luggage cart inside the room door.

When we checked in, she told me I only booked for 2 nights, so I showed her it was 3 and she never fixed it, so Sunday I had to tell the desk I’m locked out of my room and had to get another key. The walls are missing drywall and literally have it covered with wallpaper held with Scotch tape. Elevators were out of service. This hotel was not worth what I paid! I’m very disappointed!

The place was not good. The rooms were very outdated and dirty. They did not change pillow cases on our pillows they had hairs from other guests. The receptionist seem to have someone staying there that she knew and was having fights with people in the parking lot.

Overall it was a nice stay. You could tell that the entire hotel had been recently updated, so the paint was fresh and the rooms were clean. However, elevator was broken, hasty repairs had been made to the hallways and the breakfast left much to be desired. I don't regret staying there, but would hesitate before staying there again. Staff was courteous and nice.

Worst room ever! Outlet in the bathroom did not work. Fire alarm went off because of stream in the bathroom. Stayed 4 days no room service at all! 😞

All good at the hotel except when we asked the front desk attendant for two additional pillows she said she would deliver to our room and didn’t.

I liked how clean the lobby and room looked and smells. And the breakfast lady was very nice, breakfast wasn't bad either

On a Friday night there really should be more than one person at the front desk. The only girl that was here is ill and had to leave. She checked us in ( at 8:20) but headed out after. She left a note saying someone is coming in at 11:00.

We stayed overnight for a last minute get away. The room was pretty standard, nothing fancy. The breakfast was OK, there was a tiny dining area though so we had to take it back to our room. When we went to take a shower in the morning, there was no hot water. I let the front desk know about it and nothing was done about it.
