Staff are all amazing. Bianca at the front desk stands out as an amazing ambassador for the Diamond Hotel.

Hotel has good services with pool, gym and sauna. The breakfast is good as well.
Rooms are pretty large and in good condition thogh the bathroom looks a bit old-fashioned - however everything worked well.
This hotel has quite central location at Roxas Boulevard with nice views to the Bay area. You can walk to some places or take a Grab. The surroundigs towards the sea are ok but a bit scruffy though did not have any problems.
Hotel has 6 elevators and you have to press for 4 different buttons to call the fastest elevator near your floor. It created funny situations as the elevator stopped at 6 empty floors on the way down. During our visit 3 elevators were under renovation. Hopefully after the renovation you must only press one button to call for the nearest elevator to your floor.

We always stay in Diamond when we are visiting Manila. We love the hotel.

We loved staying at Diamond. We didn’t get a chance to swim due to other engagements. Only complaint was the hallways were not air conditioned. Other than that we recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. The bed was literally one of the most comfortable beds I ever laid in. The breakfast was a little underwhelming but definitely not bad. The location is by everything you need and then some. They also have a designated taxi driver for the hotel which came in handy alot

The parking, bell desk and maid service was excellent, however dining room service was slow and they didn’t take your order accordingly. This happened throughout my stay.

The outside area of the hotel is wonderful,
green space and ahead of the sea, the room is clean,
but the buildings are very old, I guess it doesn't renovated since it built, I saw many rooms, the condition of the rooms and furniture is from seventeenth.

I don’t like to use bathroom shower bc glass enclosure does cover half of tub . And tub is deep for me to navigate without hand rails

Hotel restaurant serving buffet breakfast was not well organized and too crowded. As many times as I stayed in this property, seemed to be degraded.

Nice service. Customer service was amazing. All employees were great, however, there seems to be areas for improvement in the organisation for the management team... Breakfast was absolutely packed. Massive queue and no space for guests in the sitting area....

Room keys had to be swapped three times, toilet backed up two days in a row, had to change rooms. Prices in restaurants way too expensive.

Great hotel walking distance to US Embassy was under 10 minutes. Buffet for breakfast was amazing and reasonable. Close to lots of stuff.

I have stayed at the Diamond hotel on many trips to Manila. It is a standout hotel in this area. Staff is always fantastic, the hotel works hard to keep the property in good condition. I will continue to use this as my go to hotel when in the Manila area.

Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly staff. Bar on 27th floor offering nice views and live entertainment. The very nearby bars are all girlie bars. I didn't try them so I have no comment. The touts hassled me a bit but I was a solo male traveller so they probably had me in their sights. Plenty of restaurants around.
