The hotel is in a sketchy location. Our room didnt come supplied with any towels. We had to chang rooms twice because the keys worked but the doors woould not open.. we were extremely tired and entire check in process was horrible! Once we got in the room finally, it was clean and very nice looking. We were just a little skeptical because there were prostitutes walkingvaround outside

The hotel and room were very good. The breakfast was a let down. Scrambled eggs with no taste, and the greasiest sausages ever. I was hoping for better options the next day, but no, the same eggs and sausage!

Old hotel and not updated. Did not have enough towels to offer guests. They don’t do cleaning daily which is fine but would not bring fresh towels as they were all dirty and needed washing. Breakfast was not very good.

Do NOT stay here.. we had a HORRIBLE experience here, we actually ended up leaving to go stay at another hotel.
1. There were roaches in the first room that we were assigned. (picture attached) When I told front desk, she said that they were water roaches, as if that was a norm, and reassigned us to another room.
2. While I was waiting for front desk to reassign us another room, there multiple upset guests with front desk because a couple was assigned multiple rooms that were already occupied so it was chaotic.
3. When we ended leaving the hotel and on that same street, INFRONT of the hotel and a long that street we saw night lady/men workers getting picked up and dropped off and walking down the whole street.
We originally booked this location because of the proximity to DisneyLand and the price.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Room was clean and tidy. I love the fact that they really focus on comfort, everything white made me feel the cleanliness. Will definitely be coming back here.

The staff was wonderful! The bed was incredibly comfortable! The road noise was a bit loud and the water pressure wasn't very good, but the accommodations met our needs. The breakfast was decent and the second round of coffee was definitely better than the first. I'd stay here again.

Clean and well maintained. The staff were awesome. Kids had a great time playing in the pool. We were forced to stay here for 3 days when we had car trouble (highly recommend the mechanic next door) and they went out of their way to accomodate us at times. The hotel is the new and nice, the surrounding couple of blocks are a little rough. Otherwise, very decent stay.

I was told when I arrived my dogs were fine but when I got there I had to leave after staying a night. Parking sucked. Roaches roam the grounds

Called for room service for the bedsheets to be change , but no one change me them or brought me towels . I have to get towels myself from the front desk the second morning

The staff was not very helpful didn’t even welcomed us did not even bother to check our reservation until I had to ask for the second room I will never be back or recommend to anyone

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no ice, but John went out and brought some to me. Another staff member went out of her way to hold the elevator for me. The next time I need a place for business travel, I’ll stay here. Thanks for the late check-out, I worked overnight and needed the extra hour of sleep.

Really bad. There was no shampoo, breakfast was not stocked, pool closed at hours different than posted, no housekeeping.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my kids while we visited the park. The staff is very nice and so is the breakfast but that’s about all. The rooms are old, run down, and smell. If you turn on the air conditioning the room will smell like mold or wet dog. The carpet was filthy. It’s an older building so there are lots of little things that need updated/maintained that haven’t been. I needed laundry facilities and upon arrival found out they were completely out of order. It’s in a questionable area so keep that in mind. They shouldn’t be charging the amount they charge for the condition and location of the property.

Everything was good. The carpet was clean but probably needs a deep clean. Our feet were black when we walked on it barefoot. Good customer service and friendly.

We stayed for 5 nights. 3 rooms! Unfortunately we did find a cockroach in one of the bathrooms. We didn’t let anyone know because it was our last day! One of our rooms bathroom had a lot of black gunk in the shower. Overall the staff was super nice and helpful. Parking was tight only because we came in a camper. Bathrooms just needed more cleaning!

No jacuzzi and for breakfast the pancake maker and toaster didn’t work and they ran out of milk and yogurt so couldn’t even have cereal on our second day there. Other than that staff was friendly and room was clean, beds/bedding were SUPER comfortable

It was very convenient for our trip because we went to Medieval Times. Its a 5-8min drive there. Didnt like that we had bugs in our shower though.

Loved staying here but I booked for a King bed and got 2 queens instead, was a little inconvenient for my husband my I!

Wow, its been a while since I've booked with Holiday Inn in a long time. But this place the service was quick, staff was knowledgable and the place was clean. I would book with them again if I happened to be in the area. Made my experience with ease after navigating long hours on the road. I don't know about other H.Inns but this one was great.
