Bathroom seems to be nicely remodeled. Not the main room. Most frustrating was the wall outlets that were so loose fitting that the plugs fell out. And they were recessed so it was difficult to push the plug in fully.

I stayed here Wed Oct 23rd, 2024- til AM of the 24th passing through…
This place needs renovating badly and the rooms smell stale. They did move me to a cleaner one but it took a little convincing which I didnt like (and I had literally JUST gotten into the room, didnt touch anything when two huge carpets stains and smelly AC)
The next room was fine but the attitude of the lady at night about changing to a cleaner room was a guilt trip saying the staff would yell at her in the AM.
I even went to the staff in AM and said “please dont have your employee guilt trip me because the hotel is run down. Also dont get mad at your night staff.”
They didnt seem to know what I was talking about and said “no she wont get in trouble for you asking for a cleaner room”
To be honest, just unprofessional.
She was friendly other than that
And the second room was fine
Breakfast bar was kinda a joke and nothing for vegans other than packets of oatmeal

Last year we stayed in Blythe and I did not care for the facilities there. This seemed better and it was! The air conditioning was not working properly, but the maintenance staff did adjust it to make it more comfortable.

It's was a great experience and breakfast was on point. The only thing is that it had some roaches in our room. But other wise love The Best Western in Ehrenberg Arizona. Our go to hotel when we ho to the river.

Everything was ok with the stay. Water Pressure was to low in shower and sink drain water real slow. A/C was somewhat ok temperature was 117 degree so it could have been better..

Clean and nice staff. Nothing special just good for the price. My only minor annoyance is there was basically no hot water -like at best in the shower. Other than that it is a good place to stop if driving 10. Eat before arriving because only place near is Wendy’s

The room was clean and nice, but the mattress was horrible - one of the worst I've had at a hotel. I would recommend upgrading them - otherwise, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Never got to check in; the front desk staff could not figure out how to do that!! Having to explain I’d prepaid for the stay is never a good start to any hotel visit.

TV did not work and neither did the phone to call the front desk. Perhaps the poorest Best Western room I’ve stayed in unfortunately.

Nice area to walk our pooch. Air conditioning was slow to cool the room from warm, but eventually did. Rooms were clean and tidy.

I felt it was clean for the age of the building, but very upset when I seen a cockroach running across the floor near the bed. After that, I couldn't sleep and refused to walk barefoot.

Nice location between states,
Not a secure hotel the side doors do not lock on all the exits, it has keypads that are broken and I was there four months ago and they were broken then also, so I guess they are not going to fix them. The hotel needs some TLC in the rooms and the beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets are bad quality and old.

Convenient for Tesla charging, it’s next door! Good for the value but with just a few room fixes (curtain fraying/hem undone, peeling paint in the bathroom) would turn our room from untidy to inviting (resulting in another star). Breakfast had everything we needed. The nice lady serving up waffles made our day.

Overall my stay was comfortable and my room was clean and quiet. Mini fridge and microwave was clean and worked great. And because my schedule was in a hurry I regret that I couldn't partake of the complimentary breakfast, but it looked and smelled wonderful. Ample parking space and Tesla charging spaces which I found interesting. The only negative was there are no elevators and I had a lot of luggage that I had to make trips back and forth from my car to my room, but once I was settled in everything was cozy.
