Outside friendly people

My ac didn’t work staff didn’t seem to care not even offered a discount

Staff was friendly and asked if we needed anything whenever we crossed each other.

Nothing.

I booked last min due to a family emergency. I was driving from duarte California late at night. I thought I could make the 3 hour drive and would be there by 2am. I was falling asleep at the wheel and pulled over in palm desert. Hilton was able to get me in. Slept for 3 hours, then back on the road. I'm sitting in the hospital now, w my husband who had a stroke. I requested a refund, and it was denied. I was hoping for a little grace because of the situation. I can provide proof of the hospital. Thank you in advance for reading this.

Breakfast was ok, it would be nice to have great cut fruit. The attendant was great!

Eggs were obviously powered…. Yuck! All else was ok

Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Weak Wifi.

I have stayed here before, but this time was a horrible stay! First the girl sent us to a room that was already occupied, we walk in on the man that was in there, thank god he was dressed, the second and third time she gave us keys that didn’t work! last but not least we came in the back door and it didn’t lock!!!!! I didn’t sleep well and I was afraid. Did not feel safe at all!

Decent breakfast. Super comfortable bed, and room. The “truck stop” location had many amenities.

The highway is noisy, but we expected that.
