Staff was very friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable! Although we didnt use the other amenities such as the bistro and pool areas, they looked very nice and inviting. One thing i wish it had.. was a microwave in the room, we had some leftovers we wish we couldve heated up. Usually when theres a fridge theres a microwave

Arrived about 10 minutes after 3:00 and was told our room wasn’t ready. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and never heard that one before. I confirmed check in was at 3:00, and they said it’ll be 20 more minutes. Room was clean but shower head almost fell off. I tightened it to how if should have been. Best thing about this place was the pool. Plenty of space and towels available. One and done for me.

Room felt clean and the bed was comfortable. Not very busy so the hotel was quiet. The hot tub was functional, hot and had lots of chlorine which is always appreciated. Front desk check in staff was friendly and were receptive to a special request we made. Would stay here again if needed.

This was a miserable experience. My room was overrun with sugar ants. There was no coffee after 9, the Internet didn’t work, I ran out of hot water midway through my shower. This Bonvoy is really terrible.

Very easy check in. Didn’t have time to use amenities but well maintained. Very nice bistro open convenient hours.

We enjoyed our stay. Room with the king size bed was very nice and the hot tub was a welcome bit of relaxation. Staff was very helpful.

I reserve a different room to what i got But it was fine, probably they had to give it away....There was no microwave in the room, which would be nice...

The one bedroom family suite we stayed at was clean and roomy, but as soon as we turned on the heat the living area smelled like urine. The odor must have come from the heater because the smell wasn’t as bad when we walked into the room. We only stayed there for one night and it was already close to 9:00 pm when we checked in so we did not make a fuss about it since the bedroom did not have that odor. We recommend the hotel do some investigation on the heater unit otherwise other guests will encounter the same experience.

It's a quiet business area. 20 minutes down the interstate to downtown Detroit if you are in town for a sporting event. Hotel was clean and quiet

This was the 1st of our monthly staycations with our family. The staff were amazing! They were so kind and became instant friends with our girls. Very clean, accommodating, and great location!

The beds were very uncomfortable. They felt like old spring mattresses. We had a room with two queen beds and they were both uncomfortable.

Upon checkin we was granted a form with the city's rules stating only 4 guest per room at all times when we have three rooms with small children so the kids are moving around each room. When Expedia site says 6. An employee come to the court yard stressing that no matter the situation we can't more than 4 people inside a room due it being a fire harzord and its the city of Troys policy. Which this policy isn't stated on Expedia site, you're just granted this upon check in. It's an extremely uncomfortable experience being that the employee even felt need to come away from her desk to state this ridiculous policy. My family booked this hotel for our end of school year staycation for our kids and its extremely unpleasant and comfortable that are being harassed.The only thing I expect any hotel employee to ask is "how's the room or do I need anything" other than that its a problem.
