When I arrived to check in, I saw a man walk through with his dog, heading up to his room and I also see a sign that says, "No pets allowed". No one said anything. My room was dirty. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed. There was hair on the bathroom floor and some on the bed which I didn't find till later that night. I went to flush the toilet and it wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up but after 5 or 10 min, no one came. Soon the toilet made noise and it was flushing again. The ice machine was broken on the main floor, and 3rd floor. I had to go to 2nd floor to get ice and then that stopped working. The air unit was LOUD and it still felt stuffy in my room. Luckily I did a bit of cleaning and brought spray to make the room smell better. This hotel is unacceptable for the price paid and the so called 4star rating. It sucks and it needs a total remodel. I'm happy not to stay there ever again. I felt so dirty while there.

When I arrived there was a tray of food in front of my door. Walking in, there was dust, the microwave still had time on it like it was used earlier. One of the lights in the bathroom was out. I saw a shoe print on the floor and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was a smell that wasn't too pleasant. It honestly looks as if nothing was wiped down. I actually wiped and disinfected the tables that were dirty. There was no air in the lobby or hallways. This hotel is listed as 4 star but it should be 2 star. Do better please. The best thing were the cookies. I was ready to check out and won't be staying again.

Very disappointing for a Doubletree. Booked well ahead for 3 people (king bed w/sofabed). Towels, etc only supplied for 2. Sofa bed only bare mattress when open - found minimal bedding in closet in poor shape.
Housekeeping clearly ignored blinking low battery lights on clock & smoke detector, as well as microwave which had apparently been opened mid-cook by previous occupant. Staff was nice but a shoddy example of Doubletree standards.

Two mornings that I was there, I was not happy that they removed the free coffee from the lobby area before 10am. The air conditioner in our room was too loud because it maybe had an old fan so I did not get much sleep.

This was a disappointing stay. We arrive after midnight and left by 7:30 am the next day. We had driven from Orlando that day and just wanted to sleep before driving to MA the next day.
- Toilet ran about every 10 minutes throughout our stay.
- The AC did not work and the room was warm all net,
- The body was bottle had fallen off the wall.
- Shampoo and Conditioner bottles were empty.
- Bathroom door handle did not work.
- Parking could have been better.

Overall the the staff were great, the property itself needs some upkeep or renovation. Otherwise the area is fine and they make an overnight stay easy.

Greeting at front desk was friendly. Got cookies and water, too, so a nice touch. General condition of the hotel and room was good, not great. New carpet needed; mini fridge freezer section badly needed defrosting; paint needed in places. Breakfast offering was disappointing. There were bagels, silver dollar pancakes, and such being offered out of plastic storage containers, and coffee in portable urns. I've seen better offerings at most Hamptons and Comfort Inns. Value for what was offered is mediocre. While we didn't hate it, we wouldn't likely stay there again except out of convenience.

We thought it was safe to book a Doubletree. This one was disappointing. The hotel was rundown, every ice machine was out of order, 2 of 5 bathroom stalls were out of order in the ladies room, the fitness center stationary bike was out of order, our shower out of shower gel, our cable connection pulled out of the wall and our air conditioner was not cooling the room

Room was ok, but the bed and pillows were not that comfortable. There was only one towel in the room so be sure to check before you start showers and get stuck like us. Looking forward to that yummy cookie when you check in? We were too but didn’t get any and never saw any around the front desk. Not impressed for the price we paid.

This was the worst Hilton brand hotel we have ever stayed in. I have pictures to prove my comments. Lobby filled with bugs. Room very run down. Carpets and couch stained, dents and missing paint on doors. Splashes of I don't know what on the walls. Metal light bases rusted. Door didn't close without slamming and looked like it was pried open. Lampshades had holes. Scary wiring (power strip hanging down with things plugged in), Furniture scratched and dinged, carpeting torn in spots, bathroom floor tile disgusting. I could go on forever. I will be contacting Hilton Home Office. Stay clear of this place!!!!

Convenient off the highway to just stop for the night. Toilet was running while me and my family were sleeping which it made it hard to fall asleep. Breakfast was ok.

I love the fact the late night staff was understanding with the issue me and my husband had with a last minute cancellation from another hotel and we were able to get into a room instead of being stranded!

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. I chose this hotel based on reviews and safety as I was traveling with my sister and 2 young great grandchildren. The room was overpriced, the pool was out of order, and the ice machine was out of order. Staff was unfriendly.

This property is being somewhat renovated, which was not revealed in any of its marketing materials. POOL IS CLOSED!! The lobby is renovated, but that’s it!! The rooms are in need of much repair, maintenance, and/renovations. Breakfast is VERY LIMITED!! Our room’s phone was broken, TV not working, bathroom fan did not work, carpet was wore out, lamps were rusted very badly, bathroom sink’s drain leaked onto the floor, and rust throughout the bathroom.

The room had several areas where dust/or rust had built up. The tub didn't drain when showering. Water pressure was low. Pool was out of order, not good when travelling with kids. There was only one elevator working, so I had to take the stairs to and from the 3rd floor several times as there was a large family reunion group staying while I was there. Upon arriving back to the hotel at 11pm, the large group of family reunion participants were gathered outside of the hotel entrance which made it none to inviting. The hotel staff should have asked them to move indoors away from the entrance. No usb ports for charging in the rooms. Woke up to loud beeping and window washing outside.

The hotel is under construction and this wasn’t disclosed. Which seems to be the norm for Hotels.com these days. The pictures doesn’t resemble the rooms or room. The beds were horrible. Thermostat didn’t work. The only positive was the water pressure was great.

We came for a soccer tournament and there was a baseball tournament happening at same time. Young kids were allowed to be running around in hotel and in parking lot.

It took almost an hour to get a Cesar salad with chicken
and for some reason you could not charge the meal to your room. Bartender was nice bit the wait for food was ridiculous.
Parts of the hotel have been renovated (lobby) but the floor i was on was pretty tired.
