Not the first time at this location and will not be the last. Happy with EVERYTHING during the stay.

I booked a king bedroom and when I got there I was told they didn’t have any left and gave my a double bed with a twin bed, which is unbelievable and ridiculous. They said there was nothing they could do.

Food was absolutely awful! No refills on coffee when dining? Overpriced. Honestly the worst food quality I have EVER had at a Marriott. Bacon was rancid, hashbrowns were super spicy for some reason? My eggs were not cooked properly, and the only thing that was edible was the toast.... but that's hard to screw up. During dinner the bartender was very kind but there was only an extremely limited food menu to order dinner off, maybe 7 entrees? "Dinner" (two basic club sandwiches and 2 drinks) was $112 BEFORE tip! Breakfast was $62 BEFORE tip! My room was nice, mostly clean, and spacious, but only two bath towels for a king Suite? Nickel and Dimed. I was not informed that parking was $39??? My truck was too big to fit in the parking garage, so I am shocked as to why I was charged this still??? If I don't get a response and credit, I WILL be opening a claim and spreading my experience all over social media.... and I will be sharing this on every review site. So, I suppose if you only stay in the room and budget an extra $39 per night whether you park in the structure on the property or not... the room wasn't bad but don't expect Marriott quality and service.

Very nice little suite with beautiful windows and 2 big TVs. Comfortable. Pretty and short walk to the concert hall. Super safe area.

Quick stay - late check-in followed by early morning departure. Fantastic room.

Hotel was very updated and fresh. Availability of food and bar was not well defined so not friendly. Access to and from outdoor pool and park area very restricted. Keys were required to open doors and gates, NOT ROOM KEYS BUT A STAFF KEY. Therefore , it was necessary to walk very indirectly from the hotel lobby across the park area to the restaurants and Segerstrom complex, and necessary to enter only through the main lobby entrance when returning. Security is important but using the room key should be enough to access gates and doors in these areas. I makes me worried about walking through the very attractive park area to reach the theatre complex.

Upon arrival, Malia checked me in with remarkable efficiency and a radiant smile, making the process quick and painless. Great stay! Nice and clean! Comfortable bed. Staff was great! Nice area. Not to far from the beach. Definitely will be staying here again.

Upon check-in, there was another customer that was complaining that they did not get their room. I was fortunate to check in and have a room available. We received a room on the 11th floor, which was the elite floor however, once we open the door to the room, it reeked of horrible Chainsmoking! I have serious smoke allergies in my granddaughter has asthma so we immediately contacted the front desk via phone and no one ever answered so my daughter went downstairs and spoke to the person on duty who said that there were no other king size suites available. He told us to call back in the morning to change rooms. we had nowhere else to go and we had already booked that hotel in that room so I ended up making a DoorDash order to 7-Eleven to bring me some for breeze and I sprayed the entire room. It only helped a little bit with the smell. Because of my allergies, I had a headache, and my nose was completely stuffy the entire night. My granddaughter had to have a breathing treatment. I contacted the manager in the morning who said that he would waive my parking fees and issue a credit however, once I checked out this morning, there was no additional credit just the waving of the parking fees. I don’t think they’re there were any ill intent for management by the way the hotel staff was wonderful however, I just think that either there was a misunderstanding on my part about a credit , and waving of the parking fees or the manager just did not note my account.

Isaiah. Hannah and Fran were amazing. Food was great. Love this hotel. I’m going back but they are booked so I have to stay at another hotel. But I will be back for sure.

Everything was great except the view from our room was completely ruined by the how incredibly dirty the windows are. We actually closed the drapes it was so disgusting. This was our second stay and both times the windows were filthy. I don't think they ever clean them.

Everything came with a fee. The upcharges were astronomical.

Only thing that was not so great was the $40 per night for parking, otherwise the hotel and staff were absolutely fantastic. The area is somewhat secluded in a mostly residential area which made it perfect. Awesome stay and awesome hotel!

Happy with check in… not happy with the random 3:00am wake up call from BOTH televisions coming on with glaringly loud volume. I’ll surely be well rested for my long day of meetings now! Thank you for that!

Nice big rooms, good location. Property is outdated and needs a remodel.
