Nice hotel, nice room, good hot breakfast choices.

Very good breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Also, convenient to airport and well priced.

Excellent clean room and great staff. They offered to let me return my rental car early along with a ride back to the hotel and shuttle to the airport in the morning. A little while after checking in they even called me in the room to make sure everything was good. Outstanding service, would absolutely stay there again.

This hotel always treats us well and honors our special requests. They have upgraded their breakfast a bit, too.

United Airlines arrived even later than expected and we were so tired when we arrived but were greeted by a friendly check-in guy. Our original neighbors were noisy and the staff remedied it right away. Our room was clean and didn't choke you with the smell of febreeze. I actually walked barefoot on the floor because it wasn't sticky - that says a lot! Breakfast was on time and well attended to. The staff was so friendly, kind and funny. You have a good group. We'd stay here again.

Our stay was good. Great breakfast! Only negative comment is the elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs to carry our luggage up

This property was wonderful…the front desk staff was very helpful….Aleigha was super…she even moved her personal vehicle so we could take her parking spot so we could see our 1968 Chevy nova from our hotel window. The breakfast was on point and we would stay here again.

Decent place for a night. Very nice breakfast.

2 nights for work. Older hotel but decent for price. Staff weee nice. The places to eat that are walkable are more fast food oriented. Not beer, wine or other alcohol. Airport shuttle convenient.

The front desk staff were so welcoming, kind and very helpful. It was so lovely to encounter that energy after a long, stressful multi-leg flight and it being 2 am! My room was very clean, the bed linens smelled clean and fresh, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The provided soaps were high quality. The 24/7 airport shuttle was hard to find, and was really helpful.

From the time we stepped in the door till we left, everyone and everything was exceptional.

Nice Motel next to the airport, nice room good for one night. Pretty good breakfast.

My Wife and I have been staycationing for the past 15 years at this particular Best Western.Everthing about this Hotel from the ground up has been AMAZING. Buut our last stay had The worst issue anyone could have the wall unit A/C was running loud and not cooling it was pretty darn hot we tried contacting front desk and with no available help. I had to use the ole 27 year HVAC license. I cleaned filter and coils and with just thatm being completed the unit ran perfect for the rest of our stay. Keep up the fantastic work .

It was a nice place to stay, just the location for parking was hard.

My wife and I booked two nights at the Best Western Albuquerque Inn & Suites. I have appointments at the Veterans Affairs hospital. One of the reasons we chose this place was proximity to the VA. The other reason was because we called two days in advance to ensure that the pool and hot tub were up and running. It’s extremely important for me right now to be as relaxed & able to move for these appointments at the hospital. We went to the pool at 8 AM, the time it is supposed to open. The pool man was in there & he rudely said “Sir, can’t you read, the pool is closed.” I responded to him. Doesn’t the pool open at 8AM? He said, once again, rudely, “ It’s closed you can’t come in.” I’m on a tight schedule. This was very inconvenient and the rudeness was unacceptable. I went to the front desk and got the name of the general manager, which on his business card says voting manager, JEFF EGELHOFF. My wife contacted Mr. EGELHOFF to voice how unacceptable it was that the pool was not available when it said it was supposed to be, but more so the rudeness of the pool man. Mr. EGELHOFF offered no apologies. The first words he said” There are two sides to every story.” After again, stating how unhappy we were and that we’re not going to stay the second night and we would like to be reimbursed for both nights due to the poor customer service from himself and his pool person and the lack of follow through in providing the stated amenities. Egelhoff threatened no refund. Horrible experience

Relaxing

Front desk is wonderful. They are always friendly, thorough, informative and professional. Every interaction with them was positive. From wifi, to parking, to keys, and fresh towels, everything was explained before I had to ask!

Filthy rooms no usb to charge computer or phone. Outdated and not worth the price. Keep moving on down the road!

Comfy beds & pillows! Great water pressure in the showers, super friendly staff, and I love the breakfast!! Everything is just right!

It was okay could have been better checking in.

My room was nicely appointed- attractive and seemed quite new. Bed was great! I arrived at almost midnight and had to stay in the separate building in the back- it made me uncomfortable to have to walk outside late at night- didn’t not like that feature. Since I’m vegan there was basically nothing for me to eat at breakfast, which was the standard AWFUL food that most hotels serve for complimentary breakfast- greasy, sugary junk. Otherwise very nice. I’ll stay there again and bring my own banana!

The staff friendly and helpful and room was comfortable. Only reason I gave it a 4 was the exit close to our room closed hard and noisily when people entered and exited early in AM.

Liked: Friendly staff, great included breakfast, clean room, lots of TV choices Disliked: noisy middle-of-night floor-stomper/walker above my head, horrible restaurants adjacent to facility

I should have looked closer a the photos. Facility is extremely old and out dated and worn. Definitely smells like is used to be a smoking facility. Furniture was clearly worn and broken in some areas. I was expecting a cleaner updated facility for $130 per night.

You must pay in full before 4pm or you will not have a room when you arrive. They say it's a preauthorization hold but it's not. It's the full amount plus a deposit. The Expedia website and the booking email confirmation do not tell you this. We were stuck without a room because I refused to pay until we arrived and actually got a room. I do not believe you should have to pay for a room before you see it and are actually on the property. We were from out of state and had to drive an extra 30 minutes to find a decent room. Will never book with them again. They do not care about their customers.

We flew from WV and got in about 9:30pm. The room was very clean and everyone was so helpful!
