Lovely and clean

No customer communication and extremely rude

Enjoyed our overnight stay here. Only negative was that the room we stayed in had no dedicated bench space to put our Luggage on. Noticed other rooms did have this space.

I liked the room itself but woke up in the morning to find we had no power. I know these things happen but what really annoyed me was that I couldn't get the problem fixed because there didn't seem to be any staff on the property. This type of thing seems to be happening a lot these days.

It was a shame the restaurant and cafe were closed for renovations. Left my pillow behind the staff were wonderful, first confirming that it was there then keeping it until i could get back and pick it up. Cant thank them enough. Definately stay there again

Whilst only here for 1 night, we had a great stay - very comfortable room that was nicely set up for a family. The food in the restaurant was fantastic.

Spacious clean 2 bedroom apartment in a convenient location. No air conditioning, but didn't feel the need even on one of the warmest days. Enjoyed our stay.

Friendly host and warm room

Proceeds go to an organisation that supports vets and first responders. It was a nice place to stay.

A tea towel & dish spounge were only supplied on the 3rd day , a front window screen was missing hence resident flies were present

Although this property was clean and was a good size room. The rooms were not soundproof so you could hear neighbours walking, sliding doors, going to bathroom and using the bed etc…. Which affected sleep! Noisy area, cars pulling up throughout the night, not sure if this was due to the location being a major road out to cradle mountain or just happened to be bad luck for the night we were there.

While this was largely a fairly standard 'motor inn', the rooms were in excellent condition. Service was great. I would certainly be happy to stay again.

The room was as advertised clean but nothing special

Really great room very clean nice and quiet location we had tea at the reastarunt it was fast to come out and was amazing steak cooked to request, oysters were perfect and the kids were wrapped with there chips and nuggets.

Mary and Bill are the nicest hosts, they go out of their way to make your stay special.

Nice quiet room away from the road with an updated look on the inside. The room was nice and clean and I had no problems with my stay

It was exactly what we wanted! Peace and quiet and close to shopping. We slept 9 hours straight through and was able to push on with our holiday. WiFi worked great !
