It was loud wirh other people

Filthy and the area was trashy and noisy. We should have left immediately but had an early hospital check in the next day. The reviews were either really old or nothing but lies.

This place was dirty, not properly clean. Got all itchy on on the first night, like bed bugs, had to go to store and buy Lysol so spray on bed and towels to get rid of bugs. Window blinds broken when reported to staff, they stated they were aware and could not do anything about it. Fridge was not working either, could not cool my drinks. Would not stay here again nor recommend it for anyone else.

The outside needs approvement big time. Breakfast pastries was nasty no taste needs improvement. Got to the room our window was open did not like that and the door we go in with our key was unlocked so anybody could have walked through the door to get to any room in there that needs to be fixed

Someone stole fuel from my truck and broke the gas pipe terrible experience

My room was amazing. I loved it. It was big nice clean. The pool was amazing. Very nice.

I stood for two day both days were bad I had to walk all both days around the building to just to get to my room them there was nothing but cats everywhere when I walk out side at least 70 it was crazy poor cats then the office kept missing up our room card most of the time I was walking back fourth

It look like this property was a very beautiful motel at one time but right now it requires a big remodel, no I don't recommend this motel at this time. The rooms are large it was clean, but it requires a nice remodeling , breakfast was terrible I will give it a three of 10 points, I really don't recommend this hotel at this time

The room had a strong smell of cigarette and weed including in the hall ways. The front desk was ok and seemed helpful but did not strongly bring up my concern to the manager because I didn’t receive a call so I had to call. Hopefully someone will not experience what I had and I hope the facilities will pay for a deep cleaning and upgrades

No lights in the room bathroom door is not fully closed ..shower door is hanging u don’t know what time it will b fall ..never ever go back ..I request to front desk can you plz change the room but they couldn’t help me ..

Our only complaint is room was very dark, even with all lights on. Really need an other lamp, some of us wear glasses for a reason and trying also to apply make up.

Low budget and they will nickel and dime you for everything. They find ever way to get your money. They are also not handicap accessible. Avoid at all cost pay they extra 30 and go somewhere else it’s worth it.

This is our go to hotel when we have to stay the night in Modesto. It’s clean, beds are comfy, people there are very nice and it’s very affordable.

So I stayed here for the weekend with my boyfriend. The room was very nice and comfortable. The shower door does make alot of noise so we tired to shower in the hours we thought was best so we wouldn't distrube any guests sleep. We really loved and enjoy pur stay and plan to make this our spot for next time we are in the area. The staff was amazing and was able to provide the essentials we asked for when we ran out of TP for example. Some parts of the hotel seem to be under construction and the freeway sounds are there but that didn't bother us at all. The room we got was just like in the photos. I recommend this place for sure!

We got the room with a big jacuzzi tube but there was no hot water, even taking a shower was luke warm and cold. Everything else was good.
