Bed was harder than we were use to but was not bad.

Disgusting! Stained sheets, dirty carpets, smelled horrible! Couldn’t get my window open fast enough. Would absolutely not stay here again.

The room smelled terrible, tv would work. Got changed to another room which smelled worse. Needs updating really bad. We had to stay there since there was no other hotels available in the area due to a convention.

Easy to find. Can walk to restaurants. Safe area! The walking path is located right behind and is a great walk! You can tell this is an older hotel, but the staff is amazing and the rooms are clean!

Not very clean and rundown in general. No soap or shampoo in bathroom, when i asked the front desk for some they said they were all out of soap. The exhaust vent was hanging out of the wall and caked with dust. Visible hand prints on the headboard. Tv was not working. I expect better for the price i paid. And i always expect hand soap available.

Neither our TV nor the phone worked. But the manager was very apologetic and figured out a way to compensate us with extra rewards points. He then followed up with emails. Mistakes happen but I really appreciate it when people work hard to correct the situation

I felt that the staff was very pleasant and friendly. They always made sure that if I needed anything to just let them know. They made me and my family feel welcomed and was willing to accommodate any needs we had.

Property is conveniently located just off I-80. Lots of dining choices with a Pizza Ranch next door and many options within walking distance. If you are looking for shopping - head north on 2nd Ave and there are many places to shop - including a Wal-Mart about 4 miles north of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. Recommend this hotel!

There is no laundry room despite you guys showing that there is a laundry room. There is also no hot tub. I’m not satisfied so far believe I’m due a refund .

The Staff was friendly and fantastic. The smoke detector was faulty and went off where me and the hotel staff had to try to fix it. That happened the first night so check in was terrible. The staff apologized and was super friendly. Stuff like that happens. The hotel room was super clean. The pool was dirty with a big hairball. I had to get the cleaning net and clean it myself.

Nice spacious room, bathroom could use an upgrade. Comfy beds. Only issue was breakfast at 8:30am. Pretty much everything was gone, no juice, no waffle mix, no microwaveable snadwiches, no fruit. The associate at the desk did do a refill of everything, bjt it took quite a bit of time.
