After a slow start the hotel met all requirements and the General Manager was superb.

The Crowne Plaza at Brugges has an excellent location. The front desk and concierge staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The room has a good size. The bathroom and common areas could use a little updating.

A very good hotel in the central of Bruge. Clean, modern and big rooms. Will absolutely stay there again if I am coming back to Bruge.

The Crown Plaza Bruge was in the center of Bruges walkable to sightseeing and its attractions such as canals and stunning medieval architecture. It had a restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Amazing trip! Great location, with easy access and right within the old town/ city center. Walkable to a number of restaurants and bars. The mattress and hotel overall were very comfortable (even by American standards). Mathias (spelling?) gave us a warm welcome and some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks. The pool/ spa are beautiful, if I had one complaint, I wish the pool were a little warmer. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, clean hotel in a perfect loction. Spacious room, wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff was so helpful assisting with directions calling taxis even providing umbrellas in the rain!

Rooms were not serviced early enough for us to use for a nap after lunch. Some days we had to wait until 5 pm.

Helpful! We did not have power converters and they gladly gave us two for our use! Saved us from having to buy them!

I have had the distinct pleasure of staying at this hotel on three separate occasions spanning the previous few years. Each visit has consistently been marked by a positive experience. During my most recent stay, the staff demonstrated great hospitality, providing valuable information about local activities and ensuring a taxi was promptly available for my early morning departure. The buffet breakfast was nothing short of excellent, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day right. The hotel’s location is notably convenient, situated directly opposite The Basilica of the Holy Blood and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and the main plaza. The room provided was both spacious and immaculate, contributing to a comfortable stay. Given these consistently high standards, I fully intend to return in the future. :)

Well located, good rooms, clean, work table...all nice. It does not have refrigerator in the room and a large water bottle cost me €10 at the hotel cafe. But in general it is excellent

Excellent location, walkable to Belfry Tower, and other attractions. Rooms were very spacious, and clean. The staff was very friendly and receptive.

The main issue during our stay was the air conditioning, which didn't cool the room. We had to keep the window open, resulting in mosquito bites. This significantly affected our comfort.

Great location with on-site parking

This place overlooks one of the main squares and is so close to everything in Brugge that you just can't find a better location. Also, the restaurant was so good that we actually ate there 2 of our nights in Brugge and that's saying something since there are so many places within a 5 minute walk. The room was spacious and the bed was firm. I highly recommend this place

Lovely location on the edge of the Burg. Terrace for drinks and dining has a great view of the Burg. The room we had was in the eaves, was large with lots of old beams.

Dry pleasant and well located

Hotel and room were both very clean and modern. Walk out the front door of the hotel into the most beautiful square and only a couple minutes walk to Grote Square and the canal. Many restaurants close by.

The Crowne is centrally located on a square that is a short distance to the main market square. The hotel service was excellent and the room was clean. Parking is located on site in a lower garage. Be sure to check out the archeological area in the basement below the lobby.
