The room smelled horrible. It wasn’t clean fully when I checked in, there were burns all in the carpet and the walls were very dirty.

Unauthorized charges to my card room smelled like old cigarettes couch filthy

First it was construction where we were. They were doing work on the hotel. So finding a place to park was difficult. The room setup was nice but the chair was old and the couch needed cleaning. It had a big stain on the carpet. Room smell musty. I didn't know people live their 24/7 we saw people standing outside looking at us as we got out to go too our room. My TV in the front was not working. I called they told me someone would come in the morning to check it out. The person living above me sound like they were coming threw the ceiling all night. Me and my wife was coming from dinner and was greeted by a pit bull coming down the stairs. The lady asked where we was going. And said the dog was friendly my wife was freaking out. She took him back in her room. So we could walk up the stairs. A lot of people living there have dogs that they let walk around.more then one pit bull. The next day we got out the car too a dog barking at us . No owner anywhere in site . Again my wife was scared to walk to our room. And we were woke up to dogs barking in their rooms . I would never stay their again. Everyone seems like their friends around the place. It was my birthday get away. So we made the best of the stay.

Pictures were deceiving of facility. No housekeeping or change of sheets done during entire stay. Paid $140/night when another person was only paing $61/night, i feel i got ripped off. Next time ill stay at holiday inn.

Hotel told me that it was the fault of hotels that I booked but they didn’t have a room available. I heard , well you booked through a third party. And after hearing that there was in fact a room available, but the bed wasn’t made ; a late night employee was asked to make it and wasn’t at all interested. When I told the front desk about all of my concerns and hearing this employee not seeming concerned, she actually said “well that’s not here nor there”???? I wonder if hotel chain management, who obviously USE third party services, know that their employees BLAME them!

Very accommodating and helpful staff.

The first room that was assigned had pet hair all over the indented couch with stains all over the carpet and furniture. After complaining, the second room that we were transferred to wasn’t much better with lights consistently flickering or not working. Further, the property looked like a war zone with plywood everywhere, siding blown off, caution tape, and blatant unfinished (and unprotected) construction. Renovations is one thing, but doing it in a contained and not sporadic manner is another. The only thing that helps this property is the pizza place a minute away. Terrible experience. Wish I could get money back.

Check in was fine. Floors in the room with gross, there was candle wax or putty or something on almost all the carpets and doors. Kitchen floor was sticky. Bought groceries on Sunday and the fridge crapped out overnight ruining all the groceries and take out in it. Got an “sorry that happened” with a fridge replacement and no compensation for all food lost. Breakfast was alright. Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was at least spacious for our trip.
