The room was really dirty when we checked in and there was a cockroach inside n the bathroom floor. Nothing has been wiped down real good in months. Sheets were stained. Requested more towels that never came.

The hotel is so peaceful and clean. The suite was really spacious and wel maintained. Would love to stay here everytime in teh area!!

The hotel is perfectly located near my corporate office and close to lots of attractions. The hotel staff is very friendly. The bed was not very comfortable on my back and I could feel a divider within the bed.

The front desk lady was very rude to us when we asked where to park if there was no more spots left. We had to park a half a mile away and were charged so much for parking . This is very upsetting . From the first night with dirty sheets with food on it and this parking situation I'll be filing complaints about this stay. This was unacceptable.

Overall a nice place but there was a big red stain on the carpet where someone spilled their drink probably off the night stand. A pubic hair on the toilet we noticed as we walked the room when we got there. When leaving there was a lot of dust and build up next to the beds between the night stand and bed in every area we checked there was a lot of dust/ cobwebs as we checked to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, definitely hadn't been deep cleaned in some time. Overall it was a nice place

Just a nice hotel

When I called to see if our room was ready the women who answerd said our reservation was not sent from hotels.com not even confirming all information so I made another reservation when I got there, they women at the desk found it so I cancelled the other one I made. No free Wi-fi and you have pay for parking even if you self park which Is weird. If you are Hilton rewards member maybe you get the perks. Won’t stay there again.

Great customer service at the front desk officially had us in our room as fast as possible. This was a last-minute reservation and I give it five stars. The front desk was very helpful and gave my daughter all of the instructions regarding snacks the next day and everything thank you for making her, stay without her mom the best ever

Not the place for your kids. Their designated smoking area is literally right next to the entrance so if you’re trying to load up your car or even enter the building be prepared to smell cigarette smoke. And for whatever reason the day we went that area was extremely popular. Beds are uncomfortable. Pillows flat as can be, we did request an extra pillow from front desk and that one was nice and plump. When we entered our room there was a small curly hair right on top of our bed as well. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast was incredible, 5/5. Angel Stadium was a 15 minute walk away. Breweries, fast food, all within walking distance as well. Very safe area. Would stay again!

Rooms need update!!

Upon entering our room the door was open, food was outside of the door which is understandable at times because of after they clean it they wait for someone else to pick up the trash but I would def wait for it to be picked up before saying a room is ready because the look of it is awful) we got moved to another room which was better for the door lock but there was blood on the wall in the bathroom as well as by the toilet and the windows were so dirty you could not look outside to see your surroundings. I have never been to an embassy suite that was this bad ever.

I didn’t like that there was black mold in one of the rooms that I stayed in. Asked to get moved did and the other room the bed was dirty and the room was to clothes from the other person before me still was there had to do cleaning myself. Won’t be staying in this hotel ever again. Staff and maintenance were good but the hotel wasn’t what I excepted nor was it worth the price I paid.

I had a great stay, loved the reception and breakfasts!!! The staff was very considerate. However, the air conditioning was awful, we had 3 rooms and none of them were below 75, and there was no fixing it. One room had no working TV, and after booking an ADA room I had to call for a shower chair in order to bathe. The room was spacious but outdated with only one working USB station.

Overall great and nice. Was clean and modern. Staff nice! Do not feel the breakfast is worth it. Convenient in general but getting in off the highway was a little tricky not a good walkable area. Pretty out by the pool.

Rooms not as advertised. Pool dirty. Shower didn’t work and not in housekeeping for days. Also food was not healthy and no options for allergies. Had dry cleaning down and it was double the price on form

It was okay for last minute stay. The ice machine was broken, the room smell weird and the bathroom water didn’t drain

Parking fee is expensive.

Nice hotel, close to shopping. Breakfast was great, as usual, from the Embassy Suites. Parking was $29. I door pool was small, but the large outdoor pool made up for it.

We have never stayed at a more dirtier place before. There were large mounds of overflowing trash in trash cans! We stayed on the 6th floor and there were three bags of trash outside of the elevator trash can for two days and even an empty cat litter box. The grounds outside of the room and all throughout the property was so gross filled with small trash and goop since they didn’t vacuum or mop. The first room they put us in had a beat up door that didn’t close or lock and there was mold in the shower. The second room was better but still filled with dust. The sheets made my husband and I itch all night. I thought it was just me but he had the same issue. The bed had a huge dip in the bed and pillows were just flat. We all woke up stuffy and feeling sick the next day. We had to pay for parking which is fine if they had parking spaces inside of the property. It was so full we had to park off property and they said it was fine, we won’t be towed since it’s a weekend. Overall this felt like a 1star hotel. I have pictures of all the trash on the ground and beat up condition of the hotel. It was just so gross. The only thing good about this hotel was their beautiful entrance and breakfast, there was a lot of food. They need to hire more staff to clean and take care of maintenance issues.

Great location if you're going to an Angels game. Short walk to restaurants and the stadium. Two complimentary drinks the night of arrival and breakfast in the morning looked lively, although we didn't stay.

My internet wasn’t working the bathroom walls was dirty a lil specs of blood on them !! They didn’t give me any face towels when I first arrived only hand towels …The customer service was okay !! Could have been better .. could have been more people helping at the front .. The breakfast was great and whenever

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The property was clean and the area was quiet and felt safe. The complimentary drinks were a bonus. The King room was comfortable to fit 4 people.

Normally I give these surveys 5 stars. 1: cutting breakfast @9 is too early. After walking a theme park all day hated having to rush to get something to eat and got little breakfast. Pool area dangeoros witness lady fall and no one seem to take the liability serious.

Great corner suite but outdated popcorn ceiling. No mugs in the room for hot beverages. Spacious with excellent AC and powerful shower and comfortable bed. Great kitchen with microwave and sink, but no silverware provided.

The elevator buttons didn’t work well. On the floor I stayed on the down button wouldn’t work so you’d have to take an elevator up to another floor to go down to a lower level. House keeping was over an hour late to when we requested out from to be cleaned and since we brought a pet we ended up being late for other plans since we had to wait to let her back into the room

I wish the rooms were maintained better.

There were roaches on the property, one cart to use for the whole hotel, to get your bags up and down from the room to your car.

Water ,parking, laundry price was really high. Other than that we liked it. Nothing to complain. Very clean and friendly stuff.
