The price for this hotel was good and the location was near all the good shops in El Paso. The room seemed to have been infested with roaches because every other minute, my wife and I seemed to see one crawling on the floor or crawling on the wall. This is the first time we have experienced this in a hotel and I have to say, it was pretty nasty dealing with these roaches.

Bad area, booked thru hotel.com and paid hotel.com got the key, go around area and not feel safe to stay, open the room and the door sloppy and not event closed and lock
Back to the office and returned the key
Contact them and said cancel should be made wi 24H so I lost the $

Please do not go there spend a little more money and find something nicer please look at the pictures this room was a total dump and they told me it first I would get a refund if I talk to the manager on Monday they gave me a card as I checked out 15 minutes after I went there and I did not even stay and now they're not going to give me a refund so I'm going to dispute this on my credit card this place was filthy nasty dirty it was disgusting if you stay here you will not be happy it will not let me input the pictures but the floors were disgustingly dirty the furniture was dirty the bed was very noisy it look like the whole place and the room has not been cleaned for a month even the breakfast room was disgustingly dirty. If anyone wants pictures I have them of the room I did not take it of the breakfast room which I should have.

The room was terribly dirty. And there are so many insects like cockroach & other worms.
When I turn on light in bath room at night,
I was terribly surprised at so many cockroaches. . .
I couldn't sleep well because of bent & old mattress.

I realize this is an older motel and it is very inexpensive, but putting a bedspread on that has a cigarette hole and stains is inexcusable. I travel for business so i can take this, but No one should consider bringing their family here.

The front desk was very helpful and was appreciated. The first room was deplorable and deteriorated. The bed had very large imprints as the mattress was old. Cracks in the shower from age and disrepair. The walls are very thin and anyone next door is heard throughout the night. The front rooms are extremely noisy due to the freeway and hotel traffic and would recommend a room towards the back of the hotel should you stay there. Their breakfast was quite good and again the front desk was very helpful.

1st room they gave us would not lock and when we requested a new room the front desk employee proceeded to argue with me, that it in fact did lock. Finally after some back and forth I was given a new room with a door that locked. THAT room was dirty, stains on the comforter, and hair all over the room. Okay for a quick shower and sleep for the price but would not recommend if you want something nice and cozy.

When we checked in and unlocked our door, there were a couple of men in the room. Apparently, they had snuck back in after the cleaning and were squatting. There was no other handicapped room available, so the helpful woman at the desk changed the sheets for us so we had some place to sleep.

Check in was slow. Requested ground floor rooms, advised none available but hotel was not full. Room was dirty, requested non-smoking, was put in a smoking room with burn holes in the bedding. Could not lock the door or window to the room.

MANAGER IS RUDE DISRESPECTFUL, AND IF HE DOESNT LIKE YOU MAYBE BECAUSE OF RACE NOT SURE. AND I HOPE NOT
BUT HARASSMENT HERE IS AT AN EXTREME. The manger is called the Scientist wonder WHY???????

I have been staying for 2 weeks. I was late to pay one of the days. But about NooN I paid so I was about 40 min. So on the next due date about 3 or 4 days later. The manager was calling over and i on ver about 10am and by 10:30 was opening the door to the room. And just repeatedly asking to go pay if I was staying any longer. I understand that maybe it took me 40 min to long the days before. BUT THAT DOES NOT HUVE HIM THE RIGHT TO BE HARASSING WHEN CHECK OUT IS AT 11 or trying to enter the room at 10:30.
