Great comfortable and clean room. I stayed 3 nights and have zero complaints. The staff was very friendly and hotel was geared towards being accomadating. I liked that they had snacks and food for sale all night in the lobby and the daily breakfast is nice. I would say the shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower didnt really work or were almost empty but not the end of the word. Overall I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Only there overnight, but it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast in the morning was great! Only thing missing was black and flavored tea. Green tea with breakfast is too healthy!

Good budget hotel for an overnight stay or for non picky people. Main suggestion for improvement is hotel is outdated and needs a renovation. Besides that everything else was good including customer service, cleanliness, free breakfast, free wifi, etc.
Bonus Points: Front desk staff called room right after check-in to make sure everything was fine with the room (that rarely happens)

To start with pictures of hotel are better than it was. Hotel checkin he was behind a big piece of plexiglass and said because I’ve booked with Expedia we’ve got to pay an extra $150 for incidentals. I asked him why there was nothing in the room even worth $150 to be honest. After checking in, only 1 cup in room when we got there. Very old dark wallpaper musty and everything is old and tired. Crappy part of town, and kids coming back and super loud slamming doors at 11 then at 1 a big discussion outside with two men. But the worst was the cigarette smoke coming in through AC. Everyone is standing underneath window to smoke. Right below window. The place was old and so tired looking. Crappy carpet, dirty, Mattress hard and pillows smelling like pizza sauce. But we slept and left early. A $75 hotel not $100 for sure and I’d really like a refund.

The door to the room scraped against the floor - it would get stuck and i had to lower my shoulder into the door to get it to open wide enough to walk in. The bed had a notable sag in the middle, the springs let out a large creaking noise as i moved. The refrigerator rocked noticeably. the water temp in the shower never got above body temp.

Would definitely recommend this place! The price was very budget friendly, and with that in mind, the hotel did a great job. Rooms were clean, interior seemed new, staff was friendly, and there are a few options for dining nearby. I personally liked the nearby Kroger as I could get a deli-fresh sandwich for a good price rather than settling for McDonalds for the night.

The only complaint we have is, there was no shampoo or conditioner or body wash, and I didn’t until I was in the shower and my husband was sleeping.

This place has issues!
The room triggered an allergy attack as soon as we opened the door. I set the fan on the AC to be on constantly for two days and it didn't get better. I saw every member of the staff playing on their cell phones and sorry but the dude in charge of breakfast looked like he was homeless and needed a shower.
The door wouldn't shut without slamming - like it didn't fit. Also if I have the do not disturb sign on the door - Do Not knock on my door!

Have come to this hotel many times and enjoyed our stay every time. Free continental breakfast is great. Customer service is always great!! Would highly recommend the stay here!!!!

The hotel is very clean, the beds were clean and comfortable ensuring a great nights sleep. Generous refrigerator and clean microwave. A large bathroom with separate vanity. The pool is a large kidney design and clean and heated.A veryvnice stay.

When we flushed our toilet the water would come up in the tub. The hall stank really bad. The hotel doors dont shut all the way. Constantly seeing rooms left open. The breakfast was okay but there was never any out when I tried to eat. It looks like a lot of people stay there as a place to live so a lot traffic and unkept people walking around. No housekeeping the entire stay.

Nice hotel- clean and easy to get in and out of. The door was hard to get open- it seemed to be rather swollen and maybe the moisture in the room made it stick. Breakfast was good, close to shopping and food. Would stay again if in the area.

The gentleman who helped us check in really must love his job. He was fantastic. Some of the end tables had damage and the sheets werent the cleanest imo. But everything else was absolutely wonderful. No bugs, comfortable, and decent breakfast food with loads of options.

Went for a small overnight get away, and it was more than we expected! We got the soaker tub suite. It was spacious, clean and more than we needed, But it was very relaxing! Tub worked great! Breakfast was good, and the front Desk attendant, Jerry,
