This is a clean and decent hotel. Staff is friendly. The hotel is close to a shopping area. However…. Children were running around all hours of the night screaming like maniacs. I think the hotel’s hands were tied but it did effect my trip. I was given only one card key because the hotel had a shortage of keys which was annoying. Parking was convenient but there is a charge. Overall an ok hotel…..

I booked a room. Check out was at 11:00am. as I’m sleeping alone (a female) not fully dressed a house keeper enters my room at 9:00am, no where near check out time. This hotel is very unorganized and unprofessional. I was told by manager “they will talk with housekeeping manager once they get it” which is very unprofessional, as a manger I feel you should handle that right away. It’s very disturbing as a female alone for some to walk in on you sleeping. I don’t feel safe after that. It should be some type of system to lest you know if a room is vacant or not. this stay was not comfortable at all!!!!

The staff was friendly and the accommodations were as described. Parking was also abundant!

No expected extra like coffee, first aid kit, etc. staff was not helpful and the restaurant staff were rude.

We stayed at this hotel because it is within walking distance of the condominium home of the relatives we were visiting. It was very nice and we enjoyed out stay.

The stay was worth the cost. I would have like the Starbucks to actually have been functional as the blender was not working. In addition, the interior is slightly outdated. The location is GREAT however.

Having to download an app to use a dryer was a first for me and a bit frustrating, but I got it done, and now I know. The bathroom in rm 614 needs an update. The breakfast buffet was fair, but the coffee was excellent, and the staff was helpful and very friendly. I will stay again and recommend the hotel to those looking for a very nice place that is a good value. The bar was an excellent place to drink, grab a bite, and watch the O's! The bar food I had was excellent (empanadas). I overheard a very seasoned traveler tell the bartender that his crabcakes were as good as any he had ever tasted in 40 years of business travel.

The Sheraton Baltimore North is by and large a comfortable, convenient place. There are plenty of shops, stores and restaurants nearby. There is a small market across the street that was great. It is a little bit worn around the edges but very clean, which I will take over new and dirty anytime. The staff were very friendly and mostly helpful. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were friendly and polite. We were checked in quickly. We received complimentary coupons for Starbucks coffee at the hotel coffee shop from the hotel engineer. When we asked for a couple additional items for the room, Joong happily and promptly brought them to our room! There were a couple missteps. The refrigerator in our room would not run. It may have been the multiple receptacle adapter was not plugged in correctly? Also, when we checked out, we verified at the front desk that the parking ticket QR code would still be active so we could exit the garage. It was not. The reader displayed “your ticket has expired”. This was the case for several cars. Fortunately, the guest in the car behind us used his so we could exit. All things considered, the good things far outweigh any issues and we were happy to have been their guests.

It wasn’t anything different from any other hotel as far as cleanliness. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. One day they only gave us two towels to shower instead of the 4 we started with.

After a terrible experience with another booking previously that day at the Days Inn at Towson, we ended up at the Sheridan, which was absolutely amazing. It was a little more expensive, but well worth the cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

I have my annual Mother’s Day solo stay to get some rest and relaxation and the Sheraton was perfect. I’ve had a few days where the floor that I was on was very noisy with children, etc. but this stay was absolutely peaceful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, which is what I’ve come to expect of Sheraton.

The front desk lady was professional. The place was clean and the process to get the car was simple.

Everyone I mean Everyone had this wonderfull ATTiTUDE the clean people ,the maintenance people say goodmorning to you, the staff telling you have a good day, When I walk outside I was ready for anything because they made me feel not good,BETTER than Good and I have not felt good in a long time, Staying there was the best thing, I slept for 7 hours straight no interruption, I have not done that in over30 years, No Joke

We had a great stay!! One recommendation i would make is including breakfast with your stay. Items in the store on the 1st floor can get expensive!!!!

This hotel is convenient and the check in staff is wonderful. My previous visit was better, this time my room was not as clean as before.

If I hadn’t caught it on my bill before I checked out I would’ve been charged $15 dollars x 6 nights for parking, with no vehicle. I was told it was my responsibility to catch it.

First night was perfect and staff was wonderful. The second night not so, as the room adjacent to ours was so loud and this went on into the early morning hours. Security was called but not a lot was accomplished by their attention to the matter. A very frustrating evening by some very ungrateful guests.
