The services, atmosphere, environment and amenities provided were great. The only issue faced was the Air Condition in the sitting area was not working. It made noises and blew cold air instead of warm air when settings are for heat. Thanks to the staff for the wonderful work and efforts to make sure the travelers are comfortable.

I had the one bedroom suite. The couch was uncomfortable. There was no heater in the living room
The bed in the bedroom was comforable but the height came up to my hip making it extrememly difficult to get onto the bed. It was old and really needed a total renovation.

The check in process too way longer than I expected. Room had one light out over the bed, and one of ymthe outlets didn't work. Breakfast offering was very good.

The room wasn’t very clean, toilet wasn’t working right had bugs after looking at a picture on the Internet they look like bedbugs just unacceptable. The man, the general manager was very helpful.

Considering it’s right off the highway, it was a super quiet place. I didn’t hear a quarrel or people talking the whole weekend.
We stayed on 5th floor and had a decent view of the tree tops when the blinds were drawn.
Breakfast was simple but filling. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Front desk girls were super helpful. I was able to do a late checkout (2pm) with no charge!
Only “flaw” was the ceiling in the shower was peeling.
Will stay again if back in the area.

The hotel reeked of old cigarettes and water damage. There was water coming through the ceiling of the lobby and no hot water for the duration of my stay.

Room 300 was not ready for guests. We opened the door to 85 degrees and a stinky, continuously running toilet that required a maintenance call to fix. The AC had a loud motor that woke us up all night. No hot water! And the bathroom sink would not drain. We have stayed here many times, and never had a problem. We won’t be coming back. Must be under new management. No excuses for a room this bad.

I had a wonderful stay at The Holiday Inn Express Towson - Baltimore North. The location is perfect, offering easy access to both Towson and downtown Baltimore. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

I was checked into room 617 on August 20,2024 and the tv does not work. I was there for a quick business meeting so I didn’t request a new room after hours spent traveling but the lack of television did make the stay a bit lackluster. Also, the woman who checked me in was very unprofessional. She took a call during check in process to let a guest know that she had to “get tf out” and then proceeds to tell me that goes hadn’t paid in days and now she has to get out. Just really unprofessional. On the other hand, the young lady who checked me out was phenomenal. Great place overall and breakfast was great! I wouldn’t recommend it for anything more than a quick stay, but it was ok

We didn't really use the amenities. Just needed a place to sleep overnight. The room was spacious and clean. The sink was clogged but we didn't contact the front desk since we were just staying one night. Front desk quickly provided a crib on request so I'm sure they would've addressed the clogged since with the same urgency. I removed a star because the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with neck and back pain. My husband and son had no complaints but I thought it would be worth mentioning. I wouldn't stay there long term for that reason.

This motel was priced a bit lower than some in the area so I didn't expect much. The front desk area was a bit messy but I took it as a busy work space. The staff was a bit "big city" forward but friendly, my room was excellent. Breakfast area was immaculate, morning staff was very friendly. Room was clean and in good repair with great water pressure, and plenty of room
