My plane was delayed until after the train to my destination had shut down for the night. It was an emergency stop.

The Radisson Blu was within walking distance to several museums and to the old town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfasts were very good but no handles on the cups is a bit of a hazard with hot contents. Also disappointed in the charge for "all day" in the swimming pool/ leisure centre when I just wanted a 20 minute swim. This would discourage me from returning to the hotel.

Front desk staff always had a line waiting. And desk were never fully manned. Additionally room was not ready by 3 pm check in.

We had a very pleasant stay and especially enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet. Due to the central location, we could reach most touristic attractions on foot. When coming back to Stockholm I would definitely check Blue Royal Viking for available rooms!

There should not be a charge to use the pool.

A great location but the hotel feels tired. We didn’t have soap or toilet paper in our room when we arrived. The shower and bathroom is very tiny, although the bed was comfortable and the water was hot.

Excellent location right next to central station. Also walkable to old town and shopping district.

From sign in to room, service, helpful staff and breakfast was first class. Only complaint being required to pay use pool when paying premium rates should be included.

Underwhelming experience at the Viking. Booked this hotel for the final stay of a 21 day trip around Sweden. Was expecting more than we received. Nice to have a room upgrade however the room was noisey and the AC didnt work. Wanted to use the health facilities but they were atrocious. Luke warm sauna and death trap slippy floor. The male changing room smelt of urine too. The pool at 8:30pm was full of screaming children. So not relaxing at all. Very disappointed. First morning in the canteen, there was building works and loud drills although this stopped after someone complained. Overall disappointing, and I would have picked somewhere else to end and amazing trip to Sweden if I had known.

I really liked the lobby and other common areas of the hotel as well as the room—it was great! The only thing I’d mention is that at the very early hours of the morning I would be awakened by construction on the roof. The banging was so hard that one of the lights in my room kept turning on and off. Other than that, this was an amazing stay and I’d book again. I also liked the easy checkin kiosk to get your own key.

Great pool hot tub sauna

The Hotel Staff were excellent and gave us useful tips about where and when to visit. The hotel was quiet clean and the breakfast choice was excellemt. The Spa facilities were good and seemed to be frequently checked cannot comment on the gym as we did not use it. It was very handy for all transport connections being right next to Central Station, however this did mean there was some begging going on outside the Hotel which was a little off putting. Overall an excellent base for exploring Stoclholm good values good service and excellent Staff. Would fully recommend

Great location. Only steps away from Arlanda Express. Convenient. Closed to public transportation. Staff is okay but not great. Great fitness center.

From I checked in to check was a great experience. The hotel’s staff are all amazing and render excellent services. They are kind, understanding, helpful, attentive and caring. They are passionate about their job and really know how to make guests have a good stay. Thanks to Leo and all the msny staff. The hotel room was very nice and with good amenities. The bed was comfortable, the Tv had good channels and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was really good and with a lot of variety. The hotel is in the city center, close to all transport mediums, lots shops (for clothes, shoes, electronics and more). There so many restaurants close/around the hotel. The hotel looks nice & has a great atmosphere. I often stay here at this Radisson hotel whenever in Stockholm and will continue to choose this hotel when next in Stockholm. Radisson hotels in general (all over the world), have a really good standard. I am treated well at all the Radisson’s; including this one. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s clean and convenient place. Walking distance to the train station. As member you get late checkout upon availability. Near to lots of restaurants and fast food.

Great hotel, looking in advance so you can get good rates. Attached to Stockholm, Central, and very easy to travel to by train.
