This property seems to have been very poorly built. The walls are so thin, you hear people as if they are in the room with you. Joe, the weekend manager mismanages his authority. When i complained of the noise he told me i had to leave. This, because i wanted to meet with him in his office if need be to discuss his arrogant and rude behavior towards me. Furthermore, i want to make a suggestion. As i have seen in other hotels in which i have stayed such as the Hilton, immediately upon exiting the elevator there are signs (plaques) indicating that as of a certain time in the evening ( 9pm, 10pm?) There should not be any noise emanating from the rooms otherwise it will be quickly addressed. With the very thin walls you have, this should be a necessity in this facility. Katisha and Dante at the front desk were exceptional staff. Katisha particularly was so welcoming and cheerful. Gave a really good first impression. I was however disappointed that the restaurant was under maintenanace during my stay hence i didn't get to have breakfast. Other than that, my experience was great.

The Staff was REALLY NICE!

Staff was not very friendly, very slow with service especially in the restaurant. First room assigned was not clean. Air conditioner unit pulled away from wall. Dirt in the corners of the room, needed to be vacuumed.

Good stay

Stay was amazing. Very clean hotel, pool area big, and lots of windows with a huge outdoor area to sit and still able to watch your kids. Staff at front desk weee very pleasant checking us in and out.

Next time I’d prefer to stay on a higher level and away from the elevator and ice machine

The room was ok. Could’ve been cleaner, found a handful of hair next to the toilet. I cleaned it up. The front desk service was very nice and accommodating. Overall my kids and I enjoyed our stay.

Staff are not kind

Wonderful staff, quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with my family of 5.

We didn't have a tv for 2 days trying to find staff members were terrible, the kitchen was closed and didn't know anything about the concierge room until the last day

Hotel was beautiful. Extremely clean and modern.

Great room. Easy check in process. We checked out the restaurant while we were there and it was good too. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place

The lady at check in was extremely condescending. I called the day prior to inform them that i will be arriving a day late due to flight cancellations. Upon my arrival, there seemed to have been an issue with the reservation which was taking a long time so I began to inquire about the wait time because I needed to get ready for a graduation that was starting in 2 hours. She responded in a very cheeky tone "I don't know how long it will take so maybe you should leave for your graduation and I can check you in after return" while shrugging her shoulders and walking away from the front desk (for support) before i could respond. It was extremely rude and showed a complete lack of concern for a customer whose room should have been avaliable because I paid for the night prior. Besides this, breakfast wait time was excessive due to communication with the order taking technology. These were the only 2 concerns I've experienced. Besides the extremely rude lady with the 2 tone color braids and the nose ring, the remaining team members were professional.

The staff was very nice, polite and hospitable.

No issues When I needed an item it was sent up. Would have liked a microwave tho.

Very nice place for a great staycation. Loved that the room didn’t have carpet. Super plus. Looks like it was renovated recently pool bar and restaurant. Loved the stay!

Towels in my room were not clean. One towel in my room that I thought was clean, I grabbed to use after the shower and it had brown (or what looked brown) stains on it. I would suggest using bleach to clean them, or just completely throwing them away and using new, clean ones.

Hotel was great the door slamming at night was annoying. The in hotel restaurant was not marked or advertised that will. Other than that great stay.

I did not get in a room until an hour past check in because every room they checked me in had used toilet tissue in the toilet, old tampon lodged and crumbs on the floor like fried chicken crumbs. After the initial room they sent me to and i saw the used wipe in the toilet i told the front desk and the staff and manager did not seem to be too concerned nor in a rush to accommodate me. I basically spent an hour going into additional rooms with same cleanliness issue on the 6 th floor...I was sent to a total of 4 rooms when i asked for the manager i was told he was only the manager.of the bar and not of the hotel. When i requested to be accommodated for my inconvenience i was told the accomodation was that they put me in another room and that there was nothing more that could be done because i purchased through expedia.
