Everything was great, this is our second time staying at that location

We stay at this hotel before early morning flights as it is so convenient. This hotel has sunk in standards. Broken mattress broken chair. Not as clean ad usually is. No screen on window. There is airport hotel competition now. We will stay in one of those next time.

Good location, excellent employees, very clean. Last 2 trips restaurant was closed but bar was open. The room was clean and comfortable but did have pealing paint in shower and smoke alarm in ceiling was hang loose

"Tee" at the front desk was very sweet and super helpful. The hotel was ok. Nothing special and needed cleaning. It is an older location, but at least was safe.

The room was nice, big enough to feel comfortable in. The cleaning staff did a great job. We enjoyed the pool & the beautiful courtyard. Also liked the many different sitting areas inside the hotel.
Would definitely recommend & we will more than likely be back.

Our overall night stay was great! Room looked clean, all water faucets worked, bed was comfortable, didn’t see anything damaged or non-functional. Customer service was very nice and polite. Hotel is right across from the airport making it an easy access very short commute.

The place was better than we expected. Staff was nice and everything was clean and well kept. It was super convenient to walk across the street for a very early flight out.

They accommodated lots of people with pets when we had no where else to go. The line was 10 people deep with two people working the front desk and it went relatively quick!

The staff was so nice and accommodating. My husband broke his ankle while on vacation and we needed extra help, the bellman got a wheelchair and helped us to our room. I was able to take restaurant food up to our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Love the recliner chair.

The property needs much attention. While they are doing some “updates” it looks like home owner repairs not proper professional work. The bed had a dent when the mattress is worn out. Carpet had ripples and trip hazards. Show surround is very small and not much room to shower. Room was also very warm when I arrived and never did cool to a comfortable temperature. Overall it’s just old and tired and needs work, inside and outside.

The hotel accommodated playa visitors with sheeets draped on the lobby chairs. They did an excellent job of getting rooms cleaned early for people to check in before noon.
Best part of the hotel is that it’s right across the street from the airport.
Only downside is that the pool was “out of service.” It looked fine but I guess I can’t blame them for wanting to keep dusty wooks out of there.
My third time here. Will likely stay again.

The pool was closed, the dining and bar areas were closed. There isn't anything in walking distance so very inconvenient when we thought we'd have those options on site.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The hotel is dated but pretty clean. We were disappointed that the pool was closed. We were suprised that we couldn't here the planes too much. We would stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel for several years. At least 20 years. A reliable hotel for accommodation, cleanliness, restaurant, safety, and location by Reno airport.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location to the airport was a big plus.

Room key cards did not work at first and had to be recoded. I asked for a wake up call but then discovered the phone did not work. They promised maintenance would replace the phone but they never did.
The furnishing in the room are fine but the furniture looks tired and old.
Nice list of tv channels and the lobby do list the airport arrivals and departures.

No complimentary coffee in the lobby. The floors are not sound proof. Sounded like elephants stomping above us all night. Did not get any sleep. Staff minimally helpful with a “can’t do” attitude.

We were traveling with our son and had two trucks. One truck was hauling a large camper and the other a car. There was plenty of parking for us with easy access to the main highway. The rooms were large and the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The restaurant on site had a nice breakfast. We stayed two nights and will stay again if we are in the area.

Never-Mind the horrid dirty -mildew smell emitting from the hallway carpets upon walking to the room… I Booked this room for my mother who required an ADA room. Thankfully she isn’t wheelchair bound because if she was, this would have been a disaster. The threshold for the shower was dangerous. The sink wasn’t remotely at code compliance. The bed was so tall she had to buy a step stool to get in the bed due to her physical limitations.
Aside from that- the wifi was down for the entire stay and there was absolutely no concession made for that.

I'd booked a King Suite. When I arrived, I was told that they'd overbooked and I could get a regular room with 2 beds. When I asked about some sort of compensation or grace for their overbooking, I was told that "since I prepaid, that there was nothing they could do." WOW! Getting my money in advance is cause to not respect me or fulfill their promise of the room I was expecting.

This place is a little dated but has been recently renovated. The bathroom needed some work in the shower as the caulking in one corner was a poor excuse of a job. But it was clean and had a restaurant.
