Fine suburban hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our TV didn't work perfectly and mattresses could probably be replaced soon.

It was pretty good the fire alarm went off at about 12am and we had to wait till almost 2 am to get told we can go back inside by not by staff but by another person staying at hotel

The breakfast service is wonderful and housekeeping is great but they are under new management and trying to make it better. I am just thankful we have not come across any bugs they definitely keep it very clean. The only thing I would say is that there were two incidents that we were forced to leave our room in the middle off the night because of someone vaping but that wasn’t the Hotel’s fault. Love how most of the front desk clerks are so friendly and professional. Thank you Rose & Dune🙏

I have stayed here 3 times now. The hotel is clean, though this trip their elevator was broken. Breakfast is not free, which means you can actually get omelets and better quality food. As for the room, my only issue is lighting isn't the best, but the bed was comfortable with plenty of outlets. There is easy access to an arterial road with shopping nearby. Lastly, there is a great trail that you walk, bike or run on steps from the hotel. overall, I would stay here again.

Very nice convenient hotel. Close to wedding venue. Only thing I would recommend is make sure CC equipment works. My CC was declined and nothing was wrong with it.

Stayed here for 3 nights, staff was great. Breakfast was buffet style and had enough options, nothing to write home about. Rooms were big and clean and parking was ample. Would definitely stay again.

Beds were very comfortable and it is in a central area with easy access. Hot water only dribbled out in the bath tub. Area has definitely lost a lot of businesses since the last time we stayed.

Nice older hotel - could use a remodel. Staff very nice. (Temporary) Signage listed the fire alarm system as inoperable - is that even legal???
Otherwise would stay again.

We stayed for four nights. It is a super quiet and safe location. The room was larger than most 2 bed rooms we have stayed in. The room was clean and everything worked.
But beyond that, i was less than impressed. The building looks rundown from the outside. Weeds everywhere, old windows,and old doors. The pool area was nice and warm but the pool was very very cold. I purposely booked this hotel becauee the description said 2 queen beds. They were only doubles. A room for four people only had three bath towels. The AC unit was very very loud, like the fan may sieze up soon.
I wont be booking here again.

Duble charged for a security deposit, have to call my bank to resolve it, they said 50 dollars security deposit will be reimburst at the check out and this is not true it takes up to 5 B days and most likely they will not do it so you will have to call them probably a few times to get it back....

No Internet the TV had no guide on it. You had to keep scrolling every channel through all the commercials and everything to find a channel. There was noise booming up until one in the morning in the apartment above me. There were no electrical outlets to plug in my phone only one that I could find on the dresser counter nothing by the bed. The directions to get to this place were terrible. It took me a half hour of going in circles to find it. I paid much less to stay at the comfort inn and get much more comfort

even though there were tons of kids for a soccer tournament, the staff always was so helpful as everything was sold out by the kids!

The staff was nice. Bar was closed even though it was advertised to have one. Pool was freezing. Business center was one computer that was not working. All the hallways smelled like pot. Won’t stay here again.

Check in was easy and fast. Once we arrived in our room we were tired and sleepy and did not notice the infestation of ants until next day. Front office was notified and I requested a new room. I knew room was ready because I contacted them to ask. New room was assigned and all we heard that night and the next two nights were screams, people slamming doors, and adults running the halls.

We had a nice time but was a little disappointed when we were told the bar/restaurant was closed until further notice. We were looking forward to room service. The it mentioned the "wellness" pool was heated but it wasnt that warm. There also ended up being Ants in our room.

The cost of the rooms were a little pricey, no complimentary breakfast, we were not offered vouchers. Another group that stayed there were given vouchers.

Went for a mini get away we both enjoyed the stay yes had some minor issues but nothing major just got locked out of our room twice hehe but definitely would book again in the near future definitely recommend it to others

I was charged $50 extra without explanation. I guess it is a deposit. But the check in staff was supposed to tell me what she's charging for and how much it will be. The conversation between the staff and me moved to different topic, and I forgot to ask what the charge was for.
It wasn't pleasant experience.

Hallways dirty; Limited breakfast choices; the bathroom sink counter was super low; very little room in the bathroom - could not close the door without squeezing between the toilet and the sink. The crumbling sidewalk outside exterior doors was a tripping hazard.

Property was nice, quiet, and clean. Lobby is cozy and comfortable with a nice bar and bar menu. Ample parking and the pool is great. Check in was quick and easy. What we didn’t like: coffee was never made- even when we asked for the dispenser to be refilled. The pillows were too soft and flimsy.
