It was fine. They did not offer custodial service, replenish towels, etc . We had to go to the office and ask. Not the most friendly.

This was an Awesome Experience with the staff. We had this Hotel Booked Out for our Car Group and it was a Big Hit. We'll be planning on staying here again next year.

Overall clean appearance. Room had a wet odor. It had been cleaned and stocked. The drains in the sink and tub took several minutes to drain. Mold on the shower curtain. Sheets felt sticky. Beds were comfortable. Curtains let in too much street light.
Morning staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked each morning.

Breakfast was good one day and stall bread the next. Hard to locate staff when checking out. Even called property phone number and saw it ringing in the lobby but no one around to answer.

Had to ask for staff to tidy our room the 2nd day. Light was very dim over bathroom mirror above sink. Toilet kept running and tub faucet dripped nonstop. Water wasn't very hot to shower with. Last night we stayed when we wokeup next morning, overhead ceiling leaked and drenched our travelbag and clothing. Breakfast was nothing to brag about eggs and gravy cold sausage under cooked biscuits hard as a rock. Staff was not friendly.

The location was great for what I was looking for - quiet and <1-2 hours from most attractions. Breakfast was good but there was a strange noise coming from the electrical socket from my room. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but my call was never picked. That issue was never resolved and is the only issue I faced during my stay.

Loved our stay here!!!! The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful( our remote batteries died for the TV and we couldnt figure out how to fix it). She had us fixed up in no time!!! The hotel had some BEAUTIFUL hydrangea bushes in bloom and our room was close to the BBQ area, and pool. It was PERFECT!!!! We will definitely be staying there again and have already told friends and family about the hotel. Thanks guys for making our family trip so nice.
P.S. The breakfast omlets were great!!!!

We enjoyed staying here! The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that had the essentials including sausage, scrambled eggs, gravy, and a waffle maker. There are some neat things close by, and we enjoyed the proximity to the Great Smokies.

Very nice staff and clean room, comfortable bed. The roll in shower not designed well. Even with being very careful it took all our bath towels on the floor to keep water from running all over as the shower is uphill from the rest of the room. The shower itself very nice but could use a shelf for shampoo, etc.

It was an average, older hotel. It was clean. Unknown to us, it is a popular motorcycle enthusiasts destination. We were put in the “quiet family” section. On our last night, the cyclists parked their motorcycles in the back on the grass right outside their doors. We were on the second

Overall a good hotel,rooms a bit dated but clean.Free breakfast was very good,only issue there is area is extremely small and crowded.Staff is very friendly and accommodating,there is alot of road noise but hey its Maggie Valley so no surprises there.Been going to MV for many years now and this hotel is in my top 5 on places to stay
