Excellent service from check in, concierge, restaurant(Umami Burger), and housekeeping. Great location in Montparnasse across street from major train station. Rooms are ultra modern in design and function. Beds was very comfortable. Good value.

The hotel was not flexible with baggage storage. The toilet was not working when we checked in. It took two phone calls and a trip down stairs to get them to fix it. It stopped working during the night again. The hotel is in a good area for transport options. There are shops and cafe nearby.

Disappointing experience. We had several rooms booked over several nights and we couldn't gain access to our rooms earlier - in fact one room was not available after 5pm which was well after check in time. We also asked for luggage to be overnight and they would not accomodate this either. One room in the overall booking had a constant running toilet that couldn't be flushed and the overal appeal of the hotel was not the normal experience we would expect from this type of hotel. Would NOT recommend to anyone

This is a good hotel in an excellent area. Its very nesr Gare Montparnasse. The are lots if restaurants and shops nearby. The Metro is nearby to. Checking into the hotel was fast and efficient. i also liked the elevator. You scan your room key by the elevator, it tells you what elevator to wait for (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H) and what floor your room is on. Your key will only let you go to the floor your room is on. The night manager at check in was very helpful and professional. One night there was a singer and piano player in the lobby. The music was very entertaining and the singer was very good. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Room had a large bed and we were able to get a crib for our 9 month old. Concierge was helpful in choosing restaurants and there was a convenience store nearby for drinks and snacks. Only downside is that we were not able to access the skybar. I didn't realize it was not available during the day and since we were traveling with a baby we could not attend at night. Was hoping to do a tour before opening hours but the request was denied.

The hotel was perfect for being able to have safe car parking and far enough out of Paris not to be too busy. Plenty of shops around the hotel and only about a 30 min walk to the Eiffel Tower with lots of lovely sights and cafes on the way.

My experience at this hotel was amazing for my first time in Paris. All members of staff were welcoming, kind and helpful when we first arrived and until we left. The room we were in was spacious, clean & comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing in the lobby and i also had a chance to use the gym which was fun for a first time experience. I will be coming back here for sure!

Rooms are large.
Include mini fridge and water boiler kettle with in-room instant coffee.
Has plenty of elevators.
Also has a rooftop skybar which needs a reservation With limited seating.
On site Restaurant Umami has a very nice 30€ buffet breakfast.
Pricey but great location with easy public commute, clean, roomy, has a bathtub and air conditioning.
Also add extra 24€ per day city tax.
Has a grocery store next door to the left.

Overall very pleasant, but it feels stuffy in the room. The ventilation is not great as the window is shut tight and there is a tiny slot of air holes by the window sill to get some air in. So, the AC/Fan is the main way for air circulation.

The hotel has the latest technology and amenities. Even though the hotel itself dining options are not the best, there are many great restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel was very nice! It is very modern and clean. The staff is great: super helpful and friendly. The reason this isn’t a 10/10 is because of the smell and no balcony. Sometimes the hotel lobby smelled of cooked food due to open layout. Sometimes it smelled like the sewer (however parts of France smell this way due to their canals). It does NOT smell in the rooms. We love balconies, but unfortunately this hotel did not have any. I believe the front desk mentioned that high buildings in France don’t allow balconies. Besides the smells and no balcony, everything else was amazing! If you want a semi-luxury hotel for a decent price, this is it! 8/10

We had a lovely 4-night stay at the Pullman Montparnasse. The staff were all friendly and helpful (special shout out also to Fernando for being particularly welcoming and helping us when we first arrived).
The rooms were spacious and had incredible views over Paris. We also went up to the skybar (rooftop bar) which was a wonderful experience watching the sunset and the tower begin to light up.
The hotel gym has everything you could need and more!
In terms of location the hotel is close to bus stops, the metro and Montparnasse train station (handy for trips to Versailles which you can get to in 20mins on the train). There are lots of restaurants around the hotel too, as well as two on-site.
Would recommend this hotel and thank you again to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful.

The Pullman Montparnasse Hotel was the perfect location as we were arriving in Paris from the train station just across the street from the hotel. The hotel was very nice with lots of amenities. However, if I were staying longer in Paris, I would choose a different location.

We loved the staff. Our check in was easy and the staffer assisting us was so helpful. Skip the Skybar though.
